With the continuous development of numerical control technology,the demand for the real-time information in the process of processing is becoming stronger and stronger,especially the cutting force information which is closely related to the processing process.Therefore,real-time acquisition of cutting force information during high-speed machining and on this basis,according to changes in cutting force on the processing to optimize processing parameters has improtant significance for the improvement of productivity.In order to solve the problem of optimizing the machining parameters during highspeed machining,the cutting force can be collected in real time and then stabilize the cutting force as the basic target,improve the processing efficiency as the ultimate goal,according to changes in cutting force during the processing to optimize processing parameters.The main contents of this paper is as follow:First,this paper compared the common cutting force detection method.Then determine the cutting force measurement approach and the way cutting force data get into HNC-8 system.Finally,use the digital capture card on IPC to collect cutting force data,then compare it with the data coolected by supplementary acquisition system,proving the feasibility of the program.Secondly,put the collected cutting force data into CNC machine through I/O interface,so that the HNC-8 system can get the data by built-in PLC signal acquisition function.Then,develop the cutting force command domain oscilloscope on the basis of HNC-8 system,achiving the goal that the cutting force and G code display correspondingly.Finally,explore the relationship between feed rate and cutting force by experiment,on the base of this study determine the optimize principle.Develop the optimize model and obtain expected result by experiment.
