For the 21st century,the use of chemical fuels increasingly causes the air pollution.The particulates and toxic gases(NOx,SOx,NH3)accompanied with other pollutants may come into existence.In response to this,the high-pressure electrostatic dust removal technology has been mainly used.And this technology is widely welcomed at home and abroad,It is the target for acdemia and industry to use this technology to deal with particulate matter pollution and gas pollutant simultaneously.Based on the theory of the treatment on the solid and gaseous pollutants,this paper focuses on the solution substances required for the treatment of toxic polluting gases(NOx,SOx,NH3),and uses high voltage electrostatic atomization technology to study the liquid medium(water,sodium hydroxide solution,anhydrous ethanol,bio-lubricating oil)and its charged micro-jet fluid.Different liquid mediums have different atomization characteristics under high pressure electrostatic atomization,in this paper,the different liquid medium under the condition of electrostatic high pressure atomization:atomization interval,interval transition,leakage current;condition atomization angle,the offset angle of charged micro-injection fluid,offset displacement,velocity and acceleration;the length of liquid bridge during the fracture of charged micro-jet,the average particle size,median droplet and other state characteristics are studied experimentally.In this paper,the experimental non-dynamic cavity atomization apparatus of the high-speed photograph(Pco.dimax)and graphic analysis software of the high-speed camera Image-proplus to collect data and measure the results.The status parameters of the different liquid medium under high pressure electrostatic atomization condition and the micro-motion process of the charged micro-jet fluid is recorded.The results show that:(1)In the experiment of non-dynamic cavity atomization,when the discharge spacing is fixed,the corona current of the cavity needle electrode is proportional to the voltage;when the discharge voltage is fixed,the corona current of the cavity needle electrode is inversely proportional to the discharge spacing,and the current rising gradient is in direct proportion to the voltage,and the higher the voltage,the greater the current gradient.(2)Under the same discharge test platform,the three liquid medium's atomization modes were tested and analyzed.Among them,the atomization modes of NaOH solution mainly include pulsation mode,conical jet mode,etc.;the anhydrous ethanol has spindle mode and multi-strand spindle mode.Etc.;bio-lubricants have cone-jet mode,multiple jet modes,etc.;with the aid of the ratio of hydrodynamic relaxation time to the charge relaxation time,the atomization mode is uniformly explained.When?_a/?_b?1,the charge transfer rate in the charged micro-jet fluid is combined with the surface tension deformation rate,which is shown as spindle mode.Four kinds of liquid medium under high pressure electrostatic atomization(10~25kv)are correlated with the conductivity of liquid medium and the leakage current is proportional to the conductivity,and the conductivity not only affects the charge current of the liquid medium,but also affects the range of the atomization voltage.(3)At a certain atomization voltage interval,the jet migration angle and the condition atomization angle of the charged micro-jet fluid are firstly increased with the voltage increasing,and then decreased.When the maximum value is reached at(20?5 kV),which clearly reflects the size of the liquid medium's anti disturbance rate and the offset displacement size.The acceleration of charged micro-jet fluids decreases with the decrease of the electric field gradient.Under the influence of acceleration,the increasing amount of the velocity decreases,and finally it gradually becomes a fixed number.Therefore,the acceleration motion of the charged micro-jet fluid in the electric field is reduced.(4)In the experimental study of atomization effect,the length of liquid bridge at different voltages is measured,and the length of liquid bridge is proportional to the viscosity coefficient when the voltage is fixed.The average particle size(AGD)of the charged micro-fluidic fluid after the fracture of the liquid bridge is measured and calculated,and the minimum value is AGD at 25kV.According to the optimal average particle size voltage selected by AGD,the accuracy of the experimental data is verified.Therefore,the optimal voltage of 25kV discharge voltage is determined under the test device.Through electrostatic atomization experiment device,this paper probes into the characteristic quantity of atomization interval,interval transition,leakage current;condition atomization angle,the offset angle of charged micro-injection fluid,offset displacement,velocity and acceleration;the length of liquid bridge during the fracture of charged micro-jet,the average particle size,median droplet when the different liquid medium charge current is under high pressure electrostatic atomization atmosphere.And also in this essay,The reason of different state parameters in each liquid medium is explained,which provides theoretical support for the application of cavity atomization.
