In recent years,as analgesic antipyretic drug Antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine frequently detected in all kinds of water body.Antipyrine and Isopropylant as Pharmaceutical and Personal Care Products(PPCPs)of pollutants is stable and difficult to degrade,and the properties of the type of pollutant exposed to the environment for a long time can harm to human health.Although the study found that chlorine disinfection can effectively degrade some PPCPs,but at the moment for antipyrine and isopropylantipyrine study in chlorine disinfection little.This article selects the Antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine pollutants as the research object,using sodium hypochlorite method for chlorine disinfection experiment,mainly studied the reaction pH,substrate concentration,reaction liquid sodium hypochlorite dosing quantity experiments such as basic factors,its reaction kinetics model is deduced;For full research in the actual water body could be affected by the illumination of chlorine disinfection process,ions,halogen ion in water,and the influence of humus,also for these factors was investigated.Antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine reaction showed that:(1)With sodium hypochlorite Antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine chlorine disinfection pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics equation.(2)Antipyrine,Isopropylant degradation of chlorine disinfection effect with the increase of initial concentration of the substrate.(3)Within the scope of this study pH(pH = 6.0-9.0),Antipyrine,Isopropylantipyrine as reaction liquid chlorine disinfection degradation effect decreases with the increase of pH.(4)Antipyrine,Isopropylantipyrine degradation of chlorine disinfection effect with the increase of initial concentration of the substrate.(5)Under the same experimental conditions,Isopropylantipyrine chlorine disinfection degradation effect is better than antipyrine degradation of chlorine disinfection effect.Light and water coexist substances of Antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine chlorine disinfection effect of degradation experiments show that:(1)The influence of illumination will improve Antipyrine,Isopropylantipyrine degradation of chlorine disinfection effect.(2)The ions in the water such as sodium,potassium,calcium,magnesium ions and bicarbonate ions,chloride ion does not affect Antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine degradation of chlorine disinfection effect.(3)Bromide ion increases antipyrine and isopropylantipyrine degradation of chlorine disinfection effect;Iodine ion reduces Antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine degradation effect.(4)The humic acid and fulvic acid can reduce antipyrine and Isopropylantipyrine degradation effect,and humic acid on antipyrine and isopropylantipyrine than inhibition of chlorine disinfection degradation degree than Lin fulvic acid.
