Imidazole derivatives are one of the important families in heterocyclic compounds,many pharmacologically molecules and natural products have the structure of Imidazole.As the synthetic intermediates,these compounds are widely employed in the fields of synthetically organic chemistry,material chemistry,medicinal chemistry and natural product chemistry.In this context,the present dissertation is mainly focused on multicomponet reactions for the preparation of Imidazole derivatives.The details are as follows:In the chapter 1,it is the summary of recent progress on the synthesis of Imidazole derivatives and the purpose,significance of Imidazole.In the chapter 2,an efficient Ag-catalyzed three-component reaction construct Imidazole derivatives.tert-Butyl hydroperoxide?TBHP?was used as the oxidant.18O-labelling experiments indicated that the oxygen of the carbonyl products originated from water.In the chapter 3,we have developed an efficient way to construct of imidazole derivatives with amidines,ynals and alcohols or phenols.This strategy provides a wide range of substrates and represents a simple process for the preparation of different imidazole derivatives under mild conditions with high atom-economy.In the chapter 4,a facile one pot,Ag-catalyzed tandem three-component reaction synthesis of imidazole skeletons has been developed.This multicomponent reaction has been applied to construct Csp3-O and Csp3-N bond,and the valuable reaction strategy make this protocol attractive for pharmaceutical synthesis.
