In order to meet people` rising demands for materials,People always wants to produce things we need in a simple way that takes less time and resources by technology.Traditional ways textiles produce are time-consuming,heavily energy-consumptive and complicated,which should be changed by a revolution in clothing industrial.2011,Iris van Herpen,a Netherlandish clothing designer,showed her clothes made by 3d printing technology in Paris Fashion Week,which rapidly attracted lots of attention as the clothes were so beautiful and had a strong three-dimension effect.However,raw materials of those clothes are thermosetting materials,leading to the clothes hardly bending,so those clothes are not suit for wearing.after years of research,Tamicare company,successfully developed a new type of 3D printing fabric---Cosyfle?.Comparing Cosyfle? and the 3D printing fabric,the former is much softer,with good mechanical properties and feel.It is suited for producing clothesThe aim of my subject is to find a new way to produce a textile which is a little similar to Cosyfle?.I choose two methods to achieve my target.One method is to use [BMIM]Cl to partly dissolve the cotton fiber.As the dissolvability of [BMIM]Cl is related to the degree of polymerization(DP)of cotton fiber.When cotton fibers are thrown into [BMIM]Cl,if we control the experimental condition,the low DP of part in cotton fiber only be dissolved by [BMIM]Cl and translated into cellulose solvent.As a result,there are cellulose solvent,cotton fiber and [BMIM]Cl in the dissolvent system.When water is added into the system,the cellulose solvent gels between cotton fibers and thus a piece of textile is made.Using [BMIM]Cl with a concentration of 99% to dissolve cotton fiber in 110°C in experimental oven for 3min,4min,5min,6min and 7min respectively and then the textile made by water,the best dissolution time---5 min was defined by compared the fiber images took by microscope,the thickness,the permeability,the breaking strength and elongation of the textiles.Under the best dissolution time,the thickness,the permeability,the breaking strength and elongation of the textile was 0.530 mm,297.0mm/s,41.2N and 40.01%.To improve the mechanical behavior of the textile,an elastomer solution was used to modify the textile that consists of natural latex and aqueous polyurethane.After a series of performance tests on the finished ionic liquid cellulose fabric,it was found that the elastomer solution composed of 50% aqueous polyurethane and 50% natural latex had the best finishing effect on the ionic liquid cellulose fabric.The finished fabric Breaking strength and elongation at break have been significantly increased to 139.6N and 53.57%,respectively.Due to a layer of film formed on the surface of ionic liquid cellulose fabric,so the permeability fabric decreased,the thickness increased.The other is to coat elastomer solution on the cotton fiber net.In this method,the loose cotton fiber in the cotton net is glued by using a mixed polymer elastomer consisting of an aqueous polyurethane and a natural latex,and the elastic cotton fiber textile is obtained through steps of coating,extrusion and drying.Through the performance tests of different elastic cotton fiber textiles,it was found that elastic cotton fiber textiles treated with an elastomer solution consisting of 50% aqueous polyurethane and 50% natural latex had the best overall performance,with a thickness of 0.621 mm and an air permeability of 374.4mm/s,breaking strength of 135.8N,elongation at break of 49.37%.Because of water-based polyurethane and natural latex loss of electron ability.Comparing the ionic liquid cellulose textile finished and elastic cotton fiber textile,the former is weaker than the latter in terms of air permeability,and the former is better than the latter in thickness,breaking strength and elongation at break.Based on the fact that the water-based polyurethane and natural latex contained in the elastic cotton fiber textile have strong electron ability and the textile itself has certain strength and elasticity,the subject also explores that the elastic cotton fiber textile acts as a friction material for the friction nanogenerator.The experimental results show that the elastic cotton textile obtained by treating the cotton net with the elastomer solution consisting of waterborne polyurethane has the best power generation effect.Under the force of 70 N,the nanogenerator could create 220 V open voltage,4.9?A short current.Also found that with the increase of force,the generator open voltage was also increasing,when the force reaches 90 N,the open voltage could reach 245 V.
