With the continuous development of injection industry in China,injection molding of polymer parts have met the needs of current production for micro parts and equipment in most cases.With the rapid development of electronic,medical,automotive and other industries,people put forward higher requirements on the quality of injection molding products.In order to improve the precision and efficiency of production,more and more micro parts and equipment was manufactured through the micro injection molding production.In addition,the micro injection molding process control has become challenging,because in the micro injection molding process was susceptible to mold temperature,injection speed and pressure parameters.The solution of traditional injection molding products can not be adapted to the micro injection molding process.Through CAE analysis,it can analyze the product defects and improve the quality of the parts.Based on the cavity pressure technology,the micro-injection spline of polypropylene material as the experimental object and combines the Moldflow analysis software is taken to simulate the injection molding process in this paper.Based on the finite element theory,it is concluded that the packing pressure is the most influential factor that affects the warp deformation,the optimum parameter combination is obtained.It can experiment on an injection molding machine the same condition.The errors between actual value and simulation value were analyzed.Five process parameters have a great influence on the injection products,such as melt temperature,mold temperature,injection pressure,packing pressure and packing time.They were selected for simulation and actual orthogonal test.Based on cavity pressure monitoring technique,It can analysis real-time monitoring data output and the molding quality analysis.The effect of process parameters on spline weight,peak pressure of cavity and tensile strength was analyzed and the relationship between cavity pressure peak and product weight was analyzed.The experiments show that: packing pressure is the most important process parameters affecting the weight of the spline,the melt temperature is not only the biggest factor affecting the warpage of injection molded parts,but also affect the injection molding spline cavity pressure peak.The weight of both the tensile spline and the impact spline will increase with the increase of the cavity pressure peak.When the cavity pressure peak reaches a certain value(tensile spline at a cavity pressure peak of 650 bar,impact spline type cavity pressure peak 680bar),the cavity pressure peak and the weight has big relationship.
