Due to the special role played in the vehicle structure,the rear axle half shaft of the car is not only one of the important parts of the chassis system,but also the important safety part of the vehicle.The type of the half shaft can be divided into semi-floating half shaft,three fourths floating half shaft,and full floating half shaft according to its different forces on the vehicle.The semi-floating is arranged on the end of the axle to support the half shaft.Force of semi-floating half shaft is the most complex,the working conditions are the worst,because it besides under the engine torque to the wheels,even under the wheel of a variety of reaction force and moment,prone to torsion and bending deformation,even the plasticity and fatigue fracture.When the half shaft is broken,it will cause serious damage to the people and the car.Therefore,its quality and performance directly affect the safety and reliability of the vehicle.The thesis studies on semi-floating half shaft of micro vehicle,use CedratFlux software to simulate the process of driving axle half shaft continuous induction heat treatment quality of half shaft under different process conditions.The following work is done to improve the quality of follow-up products and process optimization:1.In this paper,a mathematical model of voltage of the intermediate frequency voltage and the induction coil voltage is established based on the determination of the voltage and the output voltage of the induction coil in the continuous induction quenching equipment.2.Established half shaft induction hardening of two dimensional finite element model,using CedratFlux software to simulate the finite element of half shaft induction hardening process,and calculate the depth of hardening layer,optimized process parameters,improve product quality of heat treatment.3.Aiming at the half shaft semi-axial continuous induction hardening process,the relationship between the depth of the hardened layer of the semi-axial surface and the diameter of the cross section is simulated,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.4.Using simulation software to simulate a half shaft quenching hardened layer depth along with the change of sensor gap between relations,and establish the corresponding mathematical graphs,for reasonable selection of sensor gap value of actual production debugging to provide theoretical reference.
