The grading pretreatment of coking coal particles is one of the effective techniques to improve the quality of coke.This paper mainly uses the fluidized bed equipment to pre-treat coking coal,and separates the fine particles with particle size less than 0.3 mm,The particle size distribution of coal reaches the requirements of the coke oven.In this paper,the coal particle fluidized bed grading technique is studied to reveal the movement law of coking coal particles in bed and the mechanism of coal particle fluidized bed grading.Firstly,the experimental study on coking coal classification was carried out by using5 kg / h fluidized bed equipment.The specific parameters of coking coal classification process were determined from the distribution and trajectories of coal particles in fluidized bed.The initial water,Wind temperature and bed height on the distribution of coal particles.The effective fluidization range of coal particles and the operating parameters of coal particles under different initial water were determined by the distribution curve of coal particles.The design parameters were 200 kg / h fluidized bed grading test Prepare a full basis for reference.Secondly,according to the experience of 5kg / h fluidized bed experiment,the design scale 200 kg / h fluidized bed grading experiment was carried out to determine the feed amount of coking coal and the initial moisture of coal particles.By adjusting the hot air temperature and fluidized wind speed stripping particle size Less than 0.3mm of fine particles.The effects of temperature and fluidized wind speed on the drying effect of coal particles during the classification of coal particles were studied.It was found that the increase of temperature and the increase of wind speed could strengthen the drying of coal particles in the horizontal and vertical direction of the fluidized bed.Finally,the heat transfer characteristics of the fluidized bed during the grading process are studied.It is found that the temperature is gradually reduced from the lower layer of the fluidized bed to the upper layer,and the temperature from the front of the fluidized bed to the rear is gradually increased.The moisture content of the particles gradually decreases along the horizontal direction of the fluidized bed and gradually increases in the vertical direction.
