In recent years,all-electric injection molding machine with its energy saving,environmental protection,high precision and other features more and more to replace the traditional hydraulic injection molding machine.But most of the domestic electric injection molding machine used in the control system is mainly dependent on imports.Therefore,the promotion and application of domestic all-electric injection molding machine control system to improve our own manufacturing capacity,safeguard national security is of great significance.In this paper,the HNC-812 PI all-electric injection molding machine control system supporting HaiTian ZHAFIR VE2300 all-electric injection molding machine to explore the work to complete the following work:This paper introduces the control scheme and hardware architecture of HNC-812 PI all-electric injection molding machine,and analyzes the kinematics and mechanical characteristics of the opening and closing mold mechanism.At the same time,the demand for plastic metering and control process were introduced.Finally,the method of selecting the injection motor of the whole electric injection molding machine is given.According to the demand of automatic mode adjustment,it is proposed to use automatic induction motor to realize the function of automatic mode adjustment.At the same time,aiming at the problem that the positioning accuracy of asynchronous motor is not high,Set the amount of advance and the use of open and close the mold to achieve the amount of modulus to improve the positioning accuracy.Finally,the realization of the blow function.The factors influencing the metering time of the screw are analyzed,and the screw speed,screw retreat speed and set pressure are analyzed.The screw speed is optimized to optimize the time.The principle of backpressure generation and the control demand are analyzed,and the PID control algorithm is used to control the back pressure.At the same time,according to the instability phenomenon of plastic metering,a PID control algorithm with increasing feedforward is proposed to optimize the back pressure.In this paper,the quality of the movement of the mold is also debugged.In order to achieve the problem of positioning the mold,the debugging of the mold is carried out,and the clamping force is calibrated for the demand of automatic mode adjustment.Finally,according to the processing of the product to verify the performance of the control system.
