The emerging gel electrolyte established by introducing ionic liquid?ionic liquid,IL?in place of conventional carbonate plasticizers to gel electrolytes has high safety and stability,non-flammable and better mechanical properties than traditional ionogel materials.However,many ionogels possess an undesired tradeoff between elastic modulus and conductivity,which is the key problem to be solved in current ionogel electrolyte materials.Studies have shown that adding nanoparticles can not only improve the mechanical properties but also thermal stability of the polymer electrolyte system,because they can establish a special ion transport channel,greatly improve the ionic conductivity of gel electrolyte.Therefore,in this paper,polyethylene glycol diacrylate?PEGDA?was used as a cross-linking agent to prepare gels by in-situ polymerization in ionic liquids by adding nanoparticles with anisotropy?halloysite nanotubes,grapheme oxide and lithium magnesium slicate?.A liquid crystalline nanocomposite ionogel electrolyte was prepared with excellent mechanical properties and high anisotropic ionic conductivity,then its mechanical properties,electrochemical properties and thermal stability are comprehensively characterized.The results are as follows:?1?Three-dimensional network structure ionogel material with prominent LC phase and ionic anisotropy was prepared under ultraviolet light,with poly?ionic liquid?as a monomer,ionic liquid as solvent,polyethylene glycol?PEGDA?as cross-link agent,together with tubular halloysite nanotubes.Rheological experiment proved that these gel materials has improved mechanical properties with increasing content of HNTs.the dynamic modulus can maintain 105 pa even at 200 oC and still not destroyed.Due to high anisotropy of nanotubes the sample has obviously LC property at same time.?2?A novel graphene-ionic liquid ionogel was prepared by using excellent mechanical properties and good electricity as well as thermal stability of GO.meanwhile,PEGDA as crosslink agent,azobisisobutyronitrile?AIBN?as an initiator under vacuum condition,the electrochemical tests exhibit that it has prominent anisotropic ionic conductivity,it can reach1.0×10-3 S/cm at room temperature.Notably,when external force is applied,it can still be maintained at about 106 Pa,even temperature reaches 200 oC.?3?Anisotropic conductive ionogel nanocomposite with outstanding properties was in-situ fabricated by adding laponite under UV irradiation.The thermal stability,electrochemical properties and liquid crystalline were comprehensively characterized.The results show that the gel has good mechanical,thermal stability,as well conductivity.It decomposes at nearly 300 oC,the mechanical strength of sample is increased with increasing content of laponite.After shear treatment,these samples have obvious anisotropy electrical conductivity and a significant LC phase.
