The study of thermal insulation and impermeability of fly ash rubber concrete is a comprehensive performance study of fly ash rubber concrete in energy saving,environmental protection and many other aspects.Combined with regional suitability,this paper studies the current developing potential rubber concrete insulation board,further analysis of the mechanical and thermal properties thereof,and studies the influence of thermal stress,wind load,water and water vapor erosion,fire and other external damage factors in the thermal insulation system,which can save energy for high quality and suitable building.The technique provides strong technical support.The microcosmic mechanism of rubber concrete is preliminarily discussed.The physical properties of rubber concrete with different density are studied and analyzed in combination with the amount of rubber particles.The rubber concrete increases with the rubber particle size,the coefficient of thermal conductivity increases linearly,there is a special linear correlation between thermal conductivity and compressive strength in the study section,and the main mixture of fly ash and fly ash is combined.The amount of silica fume is adjusted.The thermal and mechanical properties of rubber concrete in different working conditions are studied and analyzed.It is concluded that the rubber concrete is obviously influenced by the factors such as time,mix ratio,water erosion and so on.The mechanical and thermal performance of the rubber concrete is better than that of the fly ash 25% and the silica fume 5%.The 90 day age of the rubber concrete is preferred.The actual compressive strength in the parameter is0.50^-0.64 Mpa,and the J of the compression projectile is between 24.55^-39.OSMPa,and the reproducibility is good.The chloride permeability of rubber concrete is not only an important technical index to measure the durability of structural concrete,but also an important basis for analyzing and judging the corrosion resistance of steel bars in the structure.This paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the permeability of rubber concrete,and designs the scientific mix proportion for the raw materials needed for rubber concrete.The paper relies on commonly used materials and processes to further obtain C50 rubber concrete that meets research needs.Then the mix ratio design test is used to analyze the basic properties of the rubber concrete and the physical and mechanicalproperties of the rubber concrete.Based on the internationally recognized research and development results,a theoretical breakthrough is put forward for the purpose of improving the durability of structural concrete.In this paper,water glue ratio,fly ash content and high efficiency water reducing agent are selected as three factors through orthogonal design,and 3 levels are selected on the basis of various factors.The slump and compressive strength of 28 d concrete are used as evaluation indexes to study and analyze the impact of various factors on the slump and compressive strength of concrete.The degree of ringing.The test of chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete will choose9 groups of specimens produced by orthogonal design test,and use ASTM C1202 method to carry out scientific research on the permeability resistance of chlorine ion,so as to improve or improve the optimum mixture ratio of resistance to chloride ion permeability of rubber concrete.The test results show that the test method is effective.After adding fly ash and high efficiency water reducing agent,the concrete has good workability and physical and mechanical properties.However,in the perspective of resistance to permeability,the anti-permeability performance of the anti-permeability test will increase with the decrease of water-cement ratio.However,simply adopting the control of water-cement ratio fails to achieve the desired anti-permeation enhancement effect.The decrease of water cement ratio can improve the resistance to chloride ion permeability of concrete,but only by reducing the water cement ratio can not be effectively prepared to get good rubber concrete with good resistance to chloride ion.This paper laid a foundation for the research and application of rubberized concrete.
