Investigation And Analysis On Marketing Authorization Holder System Of Health Food In Guanggong Province

As people's healthy consciousness generally increased,the safety and effectiveness of health food has attracted the great attention of governments and international health organization.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the sanitary management of health food,and improve the market access approval system of health food and reform the approval system in China.At the present stage,the production license holder system of the production and listing bundling system implemented in China has limitations on the listing supervision,so it is of paramount importance to explore the implementation of MAH system to improve the quality of health food safety.Aiming at the problems in the health food market and the defects of the existing production license holder system,this paper has conducted a survey questionnaire on health food MAH system to health food enterprises in Guang Dong province.The questionnaire covers the basic situation of health food production and management enterprises,possible impact of implementing health food on various production relations,possible risks after implementation,and concrete implementation methods designed according to the quality requirements in production.The questionnaire results are returned and analyzed,and the rationality of the design content is studied.The research results show that the majority of respondents agree on the beneficial impact of implementing the MAH system,and the research enterprises that agree on the risks considered by the project takes larger proportion and consider the specific path content of the implementation reasonable and feasible.To make sure that the MAH system can be implemented successfully,we need to adjust the regulation and the focus of the system;Through the implementation of various supporting measures and regulations,it can effectively regulate the production and circulation of products,and clarify the responsibilities of production institutions,research and development institutions and listed sales enterprises.The consumer rights protection approach and the market supervision target entry point are clear.In addition to strictly control the quality of our link,Marketing authorization holder also bears main responsibility of the whole product life cycle,such as,regularly sampling inspection,ensuring product quality and safety,and regulation and supervision model into its own regulatory model.The conclusion of the study is conducive to promote the development of health food policy in the future.To establish a listing license holder(MAH)system suitable for health food in our country can improve the quality and functional effectiveness of health food and enhance the overall level in China's health food industry.
