With the aircraft engine thrust-weight ratio gradually increased,the compressor blade working environment is getting worse,can withstand high temperature GH4169 alloy application is very extensive.At present,the research on the precision forging process parameters of GH4169 alloy blade forgings has not yet been deepened,but also lack of systematic and regular knowledge.Therefore,GH4169 alloy blade precision forging production often problems.In this paper,GH4169 alloy rotor blades as the carrier,forging process and organizational properties of the study include: selected 1000?,1020?,1050? three temperature deformation 20%,50% flattening test,according to heat treatment after the test pieces The microstructures,high temperature instantaneous,room temperature tensile and hardness results,taking into account the creep and material malleability generated during blade working,select 1020? as the forging heating temperature of the blade;develop the blade precision forging process route and draw The deformation of the rotor blade and the tooling three-dimensional;using DEFORM finite element simulation software to simulate the forming process,through the equivalent stress field analysis found that the final part of the extrusion extrusion process "bite" defects,according to the simulation results to adjust the squeeze The size of the press,the re-final forging,the extrusion process,the simulation results meet the blade forming requirements.In accordance with the original process line extrusion ? final forging ? trimming? correction?heat treatment,the production of leaf forging size and DEFORM simulation results in line.Forging performance test results show that the mechanical properties and tenon microstructure meet the standard requirements,but the blade horizontal microstructures appear fine grain strip,does not meet the standard requirements.The microstructures,high temperature instantaneous,room temperature tensile and hardness results of three groups of test pieces were tested and analyzed by carrying out three groups of tests: heating temperature and holding time,holding time and deformation,deformation and heating temperature.Finally,GH4169 Alloy blade forging precision forging process line for the extrusion? pre-forging?final forging?trimming?correction?heat treatment,compared to the original process to increase the pre-forging process,the rational allocation of the amount of deformation per fire,is conducive to the recrystallization of leaves,Eliminate the fine grain strip of the cross section of the leaf.Finally,the extrusion temperature is 1020?,the correction temperature is 950 ?,the insulation coefficient is set to 1.2min/mm~1.5min/mm,the pre-forging deformation is set to 40%,the final forging The amount of deformation is set to 35%,which is favorable for the recrystallization of the leaves,good grain equiaxiality and good tissue uniformity,and can be used for batch production.
