The use of water as a ceramic filter backwash water,causing water consumption,high cost,labor intensity,high drainage system failure rate,this paper studies a concentrate filtrate water recycling system and its control system to solve the above problems.According to the requirements of production and the working flow of the ceramic filter,designed a set of filtrate water recycling system.In the design process,two grades of settlement and discharge are adopted to ensure the clear water quality of the concentrate filtrate.At the same time,the filtrate removal system of the ceramic filter is improved,and the filtrate self discharging system is used instead of the original liquid pump through the filtrate pump.By using this method,the failure rate of the ceramic filter can be reduced,the power consumption can be saved,the utilization coefficient of the ceramic filter can be improved,and the water content of the iron concentrate is reduced.A set of parameter control system of filtrate backwash system of ceramic filter is designed to recycle filtrate water of ceramic filter and be used as backwash water.The process control systems are used to analyzes the object characteristics of filtrate water concentration and liquid level,and uses a single loop control system to control the parts.The paper focuses on parameter tuning based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation,and optimizes the PID parameters,so as to achieve a more stable state.The physical layout of the production line is analyzed,and the overall network architecture is planned as the core management network,the convergence layer network,the terminal access network and the wireless communication network.The IP address is assigned according to the function network,and the division of the function segment is realized.The MRP redundant loop network is designed to ensure the real-time performance of the whole network of the production line,improve the robustness of network data transmission and reduce the repair time of the fault point.The wireless communication between wireless AP and terminal is used to realize uplink transmission of control data and monitoring data.The VLAN strategy is used to manage the network,monitor the network,and isolate the control network effectively so as to avoid the interference between the network information and then improve the reliability of the network.The operation state and effect of the system are verified by experiments.It is proved that the system can achieve the expected goal completely.Meanwhile,it improves the intelligence and automation of the filtrate water recycling system and improves the efficiency of the measurement and control.
