With the increasing requirements on architectural decoration and environmental beautification,many architects innovatively use concrete as a combined structural and decorative material to enable it to play the vital aesthetics while playing a load-bearing function and Spatial expression.for the complex shape,small cross-section,special-shaped decorative components using ordinary decorative concrete is difficult to pour,production or production process is very complicated,and ultra-high performance concrete has a high bending strength,no reinforcement,no coarse aggregate,easy to make the architect of this good desire to be achieved.Based on the principle of white ultra-high performance concrete,the influence factors of mechanical properties,rheological properties and finishes of white ultra-high performance concrete were studied.The main influencing factors and optimization ratio of white ultrahigh performance concrete were determined.Ultra-high performance concrete in the curtain wall wall panels,road panels to provide technical support,the main work and results are as follows:Proposed the white UHPC basic mix design,the main performance indicators.The raw materials such as cement,admixture,steel fiber and other components are preferred,and through the test to determine the optimal content of white UHPC components.White silicon powder,mineral powder can effectively improve the compressive strength of UHPC and UHPC compressive strength,white silicon powder is the best light-colored admixture.Titanium dioxide content of 1% can significantly improve the UHPC whiteness,can be used as the best content.The addition of white silica powder and the reduction of water-to-glue ratio can effectively reduce the water absorption of UHPC,the salt leaching rate and the water-cement ratio in the range of 0.26 ~ 0.28.The salt leakage rate is small and changed little,which can effectively improve the finishes of UHPC.The steel fiber can effectively improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the white silicon powder base,and the steel fiber only has a significant enhancement effect on the flexural strength of the UHPC only when the white silica powder content is only 10%.white silicon powder can significantly reduce the steel fiber-UPC matrix bond strength when the white silica powder content is more than 20%,so the amount of white silicon powder should not exceed 10%.
