As a very important part of the annealing furnace,the design of furnace bottom roller involves mechanical engineering,thermodynamics,heat transfer analysis and other fields and disciplines.At present,most of the research focuses on the material of the roller coating and the flow of cooling water.But there are little attention to the effect that the flow of cooling water and the parameters of the furnace roller have on the heat flow coupling and the thermo-elastic coupling.However,the flow pattern of the cooling water and the structural parameters of the furnace bottom roller have an important effect on the service life of the furnace bottom roller,which is directly related to the cost of the entire annealing furnace.In order to systematically analyze the relationship between the strength of the bottom roller and the structure of the roller and the cooling water,this paper takes the furnace bottom roller as the object of study,according to the drawings on site and technical requirements.The internal flow field,stress field and temperature field of the furnace bottom roller are emulational calculated.The influence of roller structure parameters on the flow field,stress field and temperature field is analyzed.Based on above points,the optimal design chooses the roller structure as optimize parameters and the minimum press losed as goal.Build the parametric CAD model based on Solidworks software and achieve a virtual assembly.The efficiency of the design of the bottom roller is greatly improved and this theory provides an important reference for the actual production.According to the actual working conditions of the annealing furnace bottom roller to determine a reasonable finite element boundary load conditions.The finite element model of the three-dimensional heat and flow of the bottom roll is established by using the parametric design language APDL of finite element analysis software ANSYS / FLOTRAN.The temperature field and flow field of the internal furnace bottom roller is analyzed by ANSYS advanced analysis technique.And the influence of the parameters of the roller on the flow field and temperature distribution is analyzed.The flow field,pressure and temperature distribution of the bottom roller under the influence of cooling water were determined.To determine the boundary load conditions based to the furnace bottom roller working conditions.Based on ANSYS software,the finite element model of the three-dimensional heat and elastic coupling of the bottom roller was established.The finite element analysis of the bottom roll was carried out by using the ANSYS structural stress analysis technique to determine the thermal and elastic coupling of the furnace bottom under the influence of cooling water stress and strain distribution,the influence of roller structure parameters on the thermo-elastic coupling stress distribution is analyzed.Because there are so many design parameters affecting the thermal-elastic coupling stress of the annealing furnace bottom roller.In order to analyze the influence of multiple variables on the thermo-elastic coupling stress of the annealing furnace bottom roller,The variables which affect the stress of the annealing furnace bottom roller greater are selected as the optimized design variables to ensure the minimum stress under the minor quality for the optimization of the target.Besides,this paper put forward the optimization of the annealing furnace bottom roller by programming.By optimizing the design,the maximum structural stress of the annealing furnace bottom roller is obviously reduced,which effectively improves the structural strength of the annealing furnace bottom roller and prolongs the service life of the furnace bottom roller.Saving the cost in the silicon steel annealing process.According to the drawings on site and technical requirements,the 3D parametric CAD model of the annealing furnace bottom roller is established based on Solidworks software,and the virtual assembly is realized & application.
