For the gas turbine,the blade is one of the most important components,so it is very important.At the same time,because of high pressure,fluid blade and fast direct interaction,and has been eroded by corrosive medium in the work process,put forward higher requirements of mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy of blade.Martensitic stainless steel has many advantages,such as good plasticity,good mechanical properties,high corrosion resistance,high wear resistance and low cost.The 1Cr16Ni2 MoN stainless steel used in gas turbine blade is a new type of steel,and the technical parameters,structure and properties of hot working process are lack of in-depth study.In this paper,the die forging process of 1Cr16Ni2 MoN stainless steel was studied by using fourth stage stator blade as carrier.To carry out multiple testing of thermal deformation,deformation behavior of 1Cr16Ni2 MoN stainless steel forging,grasp the relationship between the pre heating temperature,forging each heat deformation and forging performance,when the heating temperature is at 1000 DEG-1200 DEG range selection,with the forging temperature change,the microstructure and properties of 1Cr16Ni2 MoN stainless steel had no obvious change.The degree of deformation in the range of 50%-80%,after heat treatment are martensite;use the Deform-3d version of V6.3 software on the final forging process was simulated to analyze the forming process,determined the forming process of static blades fourth,namely forging,pre forging and finish forging die forging;carry out the three process test,find out the reasons of final forging filling,to repair mold,replacement water-based graphite lubricant etc.to solve,to determine the main process parameters,and verify the feasibility of the forging process;through the fourth stage vane heat treatment after forging process research,determine the traditional quenching process to produce blade forging qualified performance.1120 degrees of tempering deformation treatment plus tempering method for 1Cr16Ni2 MoN stainless steel blade forging.The process parameters such as deformation degree,correction temperature and holding time were also studied.
