| Most of the current China’s rural areas have no sewage treatment facilities and sewage is directly discharged without treatment.It not only pollutes the surrounding water environment,but also the water emissions of rural life increase year by year as well.Against the current status of most rural areas’ environment,author briefly introduces ten models on construction of beautiful countryside issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.Combining with domestic and foreign common rural sewage treatment,author proposes several different sewage treatment patterns suitable for rural areas and describes these in detail.Finally,taking a village in a Pingdingshan city as example,author chooses septic tanks and waste slag constructed wetland technology to make life sewage treatment while taking the economy,population and landform into consideration.This study researchse two sewage treatment technology that are suitable for Wang Diancun sewage treatment plants,and the optimal treatment process has been chosen according to the effluent water quality.Meanwhile,the techniques of resusing waste water has been compared and chosen.The optimal sewage treatemrent patterns—Anaerobic-ecological treatment mode has been determined,and filtration-disinfection has been chosn as the most suitable technology of waste water advanced treatment.Firstly,we make design simulation experiments on sewage treatment process,elaborating wetland waste slag’s phosphorus removal capacity and nitrification capacity,making optimization and adjustment to process in terms of processing equipment and process condition.During operation,with SS,COD,TN,TP as measures,make water quality test.Against the test results,adjust operating conditions timely to attain First Class level B effluent index after making sewage treatment and ensure that the sewage treatment process can operate stably.Record operation parameters in detail to provide theoretical parameters and guidance for the future daily operation of the sewage treatment plant.The study analyzes common rural sewage treatment modes and advanced reuse sewage treatment process.Based on basic situation of Wang Village and considering its terrain characteristics,overall layout,the economy level and other factors,ultimately determine Septic tanks-horizontal subsurface flow constructed wetland sewage treatment process and sand filtration-disinfection of sewage reuse treatment process.The process design of water is 650 m3/d.When the inflow COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations can attain 385 mg/L,40 mg/L and 2.7 mg/L respectively,the effluent indicators can stably attain First Class Level B standard of(GB18918-2002).The study makes design on each structure’s process size and makes technical and economic evaluation.For septic tanks,mainly consider volume and material factors.For constructed wetland,more factors should be considered,mainly related to wetland plant,wetlands matrix design.For reuse process,mainly consider simple process,convenient maintenance,and low cost etc.Thus it can provide actual reference value for future similar rural sewage treatment. |
