Research On The Introduction Of Foreign Capital Into The Exploitation Of Mineral Resources In Laos

Laos as a good mineral resource reserve on the one hand,on the other hand,is relatively weak in the basic aspect of economic development,and has high demand for external capital.It has become an important economic strategy for Laos to realize economic development by introducing external investment and utilizing mineral resources.At the same time,the mineral resources investment in Laos is facing many problems to be solved urgently.This article will first analyze the current situation of the introduction of foreign capital in Laos’ s mineral resources industry from the perspective of the total scale of the actual utilization of foreign capital,the proportion of the actual utilization of foreign capital in the actual utilization of foreign capital and the trend of change.And from the perspective of infrastructure,technical personnel reserves,the stability of investment returns,investment environment and the impact on natural environment,this paper analyzes the problems faced by Laos mining industry in terms of actual utilization of foreign capital.Analysis of the reasons and relative lack of infrastructure from its natural environment,financial environment,analysis of reasons of lack of technical personnel reserve from the education level angle,low value-added export products from the structure of the foreign mining investment income stability is not enough,cause analysis of the investment environment from the perspective of laws and regulations the construction,analyzes its influence on the natural environment in the exploitation of mineral resources destruction of the environment.On the basis of the specific causes of the problems related to the background,this paper will focus on issues related to the conduct of investment in infrastructure and education undertakings,to extend the mining industry chain and the service industry from the aspects of guiding foreign investment,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the mining industry in Laos the goal of the development of investment.
