Abstract/Summary:
In order to control the haze effectively,emission inventories of pollution sources need to identify directions for effective pollution abatement measures and air quality predictioncities urgently.As a result,the Ministry of environmental protection of China issued a technical guide for the compilation of 9 inventories covering all kinds of pollution sources in 2014,Including the technical guide for the compilation of emission inventory for dust sources(as "the guide").In view of the high contribution rate of dust sources to urban particulates,Harbin is the representative city of Heilongjiang province and the cold regions of North China.,it is urgent to prepare the dust source emission inventory to guide the prevention and control of air pollution in the city of haze facing haze eruption frequently and the demand for controlling the particulate pollution.Based on the given emission factor method of "guide",this paper determined the activity level and emission factors of 4 types of dust sources in Harbin by collecting and sorting out and sampling survey in 2016,and constructed a relatively complete dust emission inventory in Harbin.The uncertainty of the inventory was qualitatively assessed and its temporal and spatial distribution characteristics were analyzed.the Harbin 1km×1km high resolution dust source grid inventory was set up.Finally,the scenario method was used to analyze the emission reduction potential of the dust source in Harbin and the direction of the further control of the dust pollution.According to the sampling and investigation of the dust source,the selection of soil,vehicle flow,average weight,road dust load,dust control measures and other related parameters were selected.PM2.5,PM10and TSP of the 2016 dust emission in Harbin were calculated to be 19116.826 t,79650.499 t and 320807.668 t,respectively,of which road dust was promoted to Harbin.The contribution of dust was the greatest,which accounts for 73.54%,68.55%and 84.23%of the total emission of PM2.5,PM10and TSP respectively.Farmland,township road,building construction and heating industry were the main sources of the 4 types of dust source.This paper pointed out the uncertainty sources of various types of dust sources firstly,and compared the emission inventory of the 4 types of dust sources with other cities.It can be concluded that the emission inventory is reasonable,and the direction of further reducing the uncertainty of the 4 types of dust sources was pointed out.From the whole year,the trend of dust emission was TSP>PM10>PM2.5,and the amount of dust emission was April>August>October>July>May>September>March>January>December>February>November>June.From the spatial distribution,the amount of the dust emission in Harbin’s administrative areas was Xiangfang>Nangang,Daido>Wuchang>Shuangcheng>Hulan>A Cheng>Shangzhi>Songbei>Bayan>Yilan County>Fangzheng County>Tonghe County>Yanshou County>Mulan county.Based on scenario analysis,the emission reduction ranges of PM2.5,PM10and TSP was 15.34%91.9%,30.00%91.9%and 44.12%91.9%respectively.The controllability of construction dust was the largest and the controllability of soil dust was the smallest.The emission measurements of the PM2.5,PM10and TSP of the dust source can be reduced by 47.92%,54.26%and 54.70%when the combination scheme was implemented.
