This paper is based on the 8.0Mt/a expansion plan of the Liang Shuijing coal mine,combined with the present situation of the mine production and optimized the ventilation system of the mine to meet the amount of air needed for the safe production of underground ventilation sites for expansion and rectification.Study on the ventilation system in the different stages of the stability,security and reliability problems through the methods of field measurement,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.Through the determination of resistance of coal mine ventilation roadway,the actual ventilation resistance of the Liang Shuijing coal mine was obtained,and calculated the parameters of the main ventilation roadway friction resistance,and then obtained the proportion of ventilation resistance is high in the total return air section of mine.Based on the mine production planning,the construction of 2#wind well in the mine and ventilation scheme for 311 dials,the optimization research was carried out.The calculation model of ventilation network in cold well coal mine was established by using mine ventilation network calculation software.According to the three schemes that 2#wind well and the current ventilation system penetrated were simulated.The results show that the 2#wind well was put into operation,which has a significant influence on mine ventilation system.As for the ventilation scheme of 311 plates,ventilation type of 2#ventilation shaft independent and combined of 2#ventilation shaft and return air inclined shaft were simulated.Through the calculation of network analysis,the double shaft partition ventilation scheme was considered the optimal ventilation scheme due to the sufficient air volume of each ventilation fan.The results of this paper not only have a guiding effect on the production planning of 8.0Mt/a in cooling Wells,but also have a guiding effect on site construction in ventilation and security.
