Research On Prevention And Control Technology Of Coal Dust Explosion Based On Coal Quality Analysis

Coal dust explosion is one of the most serious accidents in coal mines.It is of great significance to study the characteristics of coal dust explosion to prevent coal dust explosion.This paper takes Wangjiashan coal mine of Gansu Jingyuan Coal and Power Co.,Ltd.as the research object,selects the typical working surface to collect the coal sample,determines the water content,ash content and volatilization of the coal sample of the mine,and uses the empirical formula to determine the explosion of coal dust.The influence of coal dust concentration,Ignition energy and particle size on coal dust explosion characteristics was analyzed by explosion experiment.The experimental results show that the coal dust explosion index of No.one and No.four mine shafts in Wangjiashan coal mine is 26.83-33.25,which is highly explosive.The maximum pressure of coal dust explosion rises first and then decreases with the increase of coal dust concentration,which increases linearly with the increase of ignition energy,and increases linearly with the decrease of coal dust particle size.The combustion duration of coal dust decreases and then increases with the increase of coal dust concentration,which decreases linearly with the increase of ignition energy,and decreases linearly with the decrease of coal dust particle size.The combustion duration of the coal samples in No.one shaft with higher degree of metamorphism decreases with the increase of ignition energy,which is more obvious than that of other coal types.Thus,this paper selects fully mechanized caving face of the main mining face of No.one shaft as the research object,and formulates the plan of coal dust protection prevention and control,including dust reduction,dust control,monitoring and explosion suppression,etc.,which solves the practical problems of mine safety production.It also provides the basis for the study of coal dust explosion suppression measures.
