| In this study,the main nutrition components such as fat,protein,lactose,total solids,ash and amino acids,fatty acids,minerals in different regions and different breeds of Chinese Bactrian camel milk were compared and analyzed.In different regions: the results showed that the contents of fat,protein,lactose,total solids and ash of Chinese Bactrian camel milk ranged from 3.96 to 7.11%,3.03 to 3.76%,4.52 to 5.64%,13.24 to 16.71% and 0.66 to 0.84%,respectively.The highest amino acid content(4.390 mg/100mg)was found in the eastern Inner Mongolia,while amino acid content(3.671 mg/100mg)in the Xinjiang Bactrian camel milk was significantly lower than all regions in Inner Mongolia(P <0.05).The saturated fatty acid content in Ordos Bactrian camel milk was higher than that in other regions.The content of unsaturated fatty acids in northern Xinjiang Bactrian camel milk was higher than that in other regions.The content of calcium,sodium and zinc in Alxa right banner was higher than that in other regions.In different breeds: fat(6.71±2.60%)and total solid content(15.91±2.42%)were the highest in Tarim Bactrian camel milk,the content of protein(3.52±0.28%),lactose(5.27±0.42%)and ash content(0.79±0.06%)were the highest in Sonid Bactrian camel milk.The contents of all essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids in the Sonid Bactrian camel were significantly higher than Junggar Bactrian camel(P<0.05).The content of saturated fatty was the highest acids in Gobi red camel milk,the content of monounsaturated fatty acids was the highest in Sonid Bactrian camel milk,and the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids was the highest in Junggar Bactrian camel milk.The calcium,sodium and zinc content shows higher contents in Alxa Bactrian camel milk,which were the same as different regions. |
