This article is studying a new type of spiral blade roll cutting machine,replacing the traditional punching process with a spiral blade roll cutting process,which can cut out intermittent gaps in thin metal strips,and the processed expanded network can be used for base course construction and decoration.The new type spiral blade roller cutter can not only improve the efficiency of production,but also reduce the noise of the machine.Now the roll cutting technology is mainly used in metal expansion network production,plywood production,food processing and other fields,the studying of roll cutting system,provides a reference for structure design of roll cutting machine,and effectively avoids instability of roll cutting precision of the system when the roll cutting machine is working.To establish a set of spiral blade roll thin strip and a set of knife and metal roll finite element model of the roller shaft,perform finite element numerical analysis on them by ANSYS/ls-dyna.Get the law of stress and strain in the thin metal strip and the roller shaft,meanwhile the change rule of roll shear force in roll cutting area is analyzed.Structure and working principle of roll cutting system is introduced.Roll cutting system dynamics simplified model is set up,the quality and stiffness of each component are equivalent.The dynamical differential equations of the roll cutting system are established and to solve them by MATLAB,then get the natural frequency.To roll cutting system modal analysis by ANSYS Workbench,get the roll cutting system of modal frequency and vibration mode,To study some parameters,such as knife roller thickness,knife roller diameter and cutter shaft diameter,impact on the modal frequency of the roll system,compare the theoretical calculation of natural frequency and modal frequency of the Workbench obtained,and verify the rationality of theoretical calculated value value.
