Research And Design Of Automatic Assembly Equipment For Circular Pin Buzzer

In recent years,due to the proportion of labor costs increased year by year,the normal production needs of enterprises rely on the traditional form of manual to achieve the possibility of getting lower and lower.Since the beginning of the new century,the development of automatic assembly technology has injected new vitality,which is not only the rapid development of assembly automation technology,but also with artificial intelligence technology,communication technology and control technology were combined.In addition,the realization of assembly automation for improving production efficiency,reduce costs and ensure product quality,especially to reduce labor intensity is of great significance.In view of this,commissioned by the enterprise,we developed the design of a circular pin buzzer automatic assembly equipment to achieve the buzzer components of the automatic assembly.This paper mainly introduces the structure of the buzzer automatic assembly equipment and the design of the control system:First of all,it analyzes the present situation and development trend of the automatic assembly line,and then puts forward the necessity of using a circular pin buzzer in automated assembly system.We are starting from the structure and technological requirements of the buzzer,determine its special parts as well as the technological process,determine the total.solutionSecondly,the system of automatic assembly line is completed by PLC technology,and the debugging is accomplished.The paper determines the technical requirements of the whole production line and collocates the system hardware.Then it selects the type of PLC,defines I/O points and arranges the main components.Finally,The paper programs the system software and analyzes the control processes,designing Human-machine Interface(HIM).It weaves the relevant procedures SO that it achieves the automatic control of the whole production line.
