In recent years,with the development of wireless communication technologies and the Internet of Things,RFID technology has become a key component of wireless communications and a core technology of the Internet of Things.Based on people's esteem for green materials,there are more and more researches pay attention to biological preparation methods;the development of nanotechnology has also brought about a technologically subversive reform to the material industry.In this paper,nano silver particles were prepared by reducing the silver precursor silver nitrate with Rice straw?RS?extract,and were mixed with reactive diluents,photocurable resins,photoinitiators,and additives to form UV curable nanosilver conductive inks applied for RFID antenna.Plant reduction nano-silver method has the characteristics of safety,reliability and environmental protection compared with other reduction methods.First of all,in the biological preparation method,nano silver particles were prepared by using a silver ammonia solution as a silver precursor and by using RS extract as reducing agent and protective agent.The influence of ultrasonic conditions?ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature?,different dropping methods,amount of RS,water bath reaction conditions?water bath reaction time,water bath reaction temperature?,etc.on the impact of nano silver particles were investigated.Combining various performance characterizations of the prepared nanosilver particles,the optimum preparation conditions of the nanosilver particles were determined by the experimental results:the mass of the precursor AgNO3 is 0.3400g,and the NaOH mass providing a basic environment is 0.0810g as a reducing agent.The straw mass of the protective agent and the protective agent was 1.5 g,and the PVP mass as a protective agent and a stabilizer was 0.3330g.The ultrasonic time was20min,the ultrasonic power was 350W,the ultrasonic temperature was 40°C,the water bath reaction time was 60min,and the water bath reaction temperature was 75°C.Finally,spherical nano-silver particles with an average particle size of 30.15nm were prepared.Then,by changing the proportions of photocurable resin,reactive diluent,photoinitiator,conductive filler,and various types of additives,a UV-curable nanosilver conductive ink suitable for RFID inkjet printing antenna was prepared,and the ink activity was discussed.Selection of diluents,selection of photocurable resins,choice of photoinitiator types,proportioning between reactive diluents and photocurable resins,selection of photoinitiator compounding ratio,determination of total photoinitiator dosage,nanosilver Determination of particle solids content.Such as the ink on the light curing time and conductive properties,determine the content of each component in the entire ink system,UV-curing nano-silver conductive ink is the best formula.Its high conductivity,low viscosity,good matching with the substrate,low sintering temperature,high metal powder content.At the last,the prepared UV light is used to cure the nano silver conductive ink to make an RFID antenna by using an ink jet printing process.The prepared UV-curing nano silver conductive ink is printed on an RFID antenna using an inkjet printing method.Compared with the commonly used screen printing,ink jet printing can simplify the manufacturing process and improve the accuracy of the flexible RFID antenna.This dissertation adopts the technology of ink-jet printing,selects PET as the printed electronic substrate,prints the chipless RFID antenna line that is designed in advance in the computer,and tests the adhesion and conductivity of the printed antenna.This article focuses on the preparation of green nano-silver particles,formulating the best formula for UV-curable nanosilver conductive inks suitable for inkjet printing RFID antennas,introducing the research background of RFID electronic labels and making them with inkjet printing.RFID antenna.The research and development of the effective extraction technology of plant extracts were reviewed,the optimum conditions for preparing spherical nanosilver particles by using RS as a reducing agent were determined through experiments;then the nanosilver particles reduced by the RS extract were formulated into UV-curing nanosilver conductive inks,and the prepared conductive inks for performance research;eventually applied to the production of RFID antenna lines.
