Properties And Application Of Pulp And Paper Of Chinese Medicinal Herb

Currently,the processing of Chinese herbal medicine residue is one of the important problems,which bring much burden for environmental protection because of its large,but no good treatment method.This paper applied Ganoderma Lucidum residue in pulp and paper industry,not only providing a new raw material for paper industry,but also reducing the burden on the environment which caused by the residue.Research content as followed:Firstly,this article detected the content of cellulose,hemi-cellulose,which were 21.87%and 38.31%respectively.Using fiber morphology instrument,scanning electron microscope(SEM),Infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction to observe the fiber morphology,surface morphology,group absorption peak and fiber crystallinity.There was no pulp yield with chemical cooking pulping method,however,the pulp yield was 85%with mechanical plate grinding method.When the ratio of residue pulp and hard-wood pulp was 30:70,the bursting strength and tearing strength of residue paper increasing by 10.75%and 14.1%,which compared with hard-wood paper.Secondly,considering the high content of protein and polysaccharide in Ganoderma Lucidum residue,the paper had a poor anti-mildew performance.Then the removal of protein and polysaccharide was studied.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the effect of enzyme method and water extraction onextracion yield of polusaccharide hydrolysate of Ganoderma Lucidum residue was studied.When using neutral protease with a concentration of 1 wt%at 7.5 pH,the extraction yield of enzyme method was the highest,which was about 3.4%.As for water extraction,when ratio of solid and liquid was 1:30,at95℃with 3h,reaching the highest polysaccharide extraction yield,about 1.86%.Finally,basing the weakness of additive AKD,a new resin of Ganoderma Lucidum residue was prepared with microwave irradiation.Through SEM observation,the new additive has more dense structure than that of Ganoderma Lucidum.FT-IR proved that the cellulose and resin had carboxylic reaction.In addition,TG analysis also proved it having better thermal stability.Comparing with AKD,using the resin with Ganoderma Lucidum residue as additive for paper making not only had similar water-proof performance,but also made burst index,tearing strength index and tensile strength index reach 1.35 Pa·m~2/g,13.06mN·m~2/g and 17.66 N·m/g,respectively.
