| Azo dyes are the most widely used dyes in textile dyeing,cosmetics and otherindustries.Azo dyes have advantages of easy synthesis,stable structure and variety.However,azo dye is a kind of refractory organic matter,and it has great toxicity,which can have serious effects on the ecological environment and human health.Therefore,we need to study the degradation of azo dyes.Among a variety of dyes wastewater treatment method,anaerobic and aerobic dye wastewater treatment process is the most effective and one of the most widely used wastewater treatment method,in this kind of wastewater treatment process,microbial anaerobic metabolism is slow,so the anaerobic stage of dye biodegradation speed is relatively slow,which makes the anaerobic degradation of azo dye is restricted.Numerous studies have found that the REDOX mediators is a kind of can accelerate biological anaerobic reaction stage dual azo dyes decolorizing rate,the dual effect of the degradation of azo dyes,microbes is currently the focus of the research on improving the efficiency of azo dye degradation,the choice of REDOX mediators of microbial anaerobic degradation of azo dye has important effect.The research content of this paper is:(1)to explore the suitable REDOX mediator rs immobilization methods to reduce the REDOX mediators using cause secondary pollution,and the study of all kinds of azo dye decolorization rate,provide theoretical basis for the application of REDOX mediators,the results show that the physical adsorption method is a better choice.(2)the study of using chemical method1-amino-anthraquinone on the polyurethane foam,under the condition of different temperatures,Na2 S reduction degradation of reactive brilliant red,decoloring effect of K-2BP and controlled original polyurethane foam and fixed with1-amino-anthraquinone polyurethane foam exist two kinds of decolorization effect.Results show that under the conditions of 40℃ water bath heating,join the original polyurethane foam system dye decolorization rate is: 30.6%,add fixed with1-amino-anthraquinone dye decolorization rate for polyurethane foam system:51.5%;under the condition of 50℃ water bath heating,join the original polyurethane foam system dye decolorization rate is:37.6%,add fixed with 1-amino-anthraquinone dye decolorization rate for polyurethane foam system: 77.5%.(3)to study thedecolorization effect of activated sludge on azo dyes and the removal effect of COD in anaerobic conditions.Among them,there are 4 kinds of REDOX mediums:1-amino-anthraquinone,1,5-diaminoanthraquinone,1,5-dichloroanthraquinone and anthraquinone;azo dyes 4: reactive brilliant red K-2BP,reactive brilliant red X-3B,acid scarlet 3R,acidic golden G.Results show that with amino anthraquinone,reactive brilliant red K-2BP as the main research object,to join the original polyurethane foam system dye decolorization rate is:80.0±5.0%,add fixed with 1-amino anthraquinone dye decolorization rate for polyurethane foam system:about 90.0±5.0%.The decolorization effect of anthraquinone was the most obvious effect on the decolorization of all kinds of dyes.1-amino-anthraquinone was the most obvious effect on the decolorization of acidic gold.(4)the repeated use of polyurethane foam with 1-amino-anthraquinone was investigated.The results showed that the decolorization rate of the active red K-2BP was stable at 90.0% after 10 times of repeated use of the polyurethane foam with 1-amino-anthraquinone. |
