| In recent years,energy shortages,poor supply and demand situation of the global,the intensified greenhouse effect and environmental problems have become a major challenge for the development of human society.As renewable energy gradually replaces the traditional energy,the development of renewable energy has received much attention.Biomass energy has become a potential alternative energy with its significant advantages.Using lignocellulose as raw material to make bioethanol,which has a wide range of sources and storage capacity.Lignocellulose is composed of lignin and hemicellulose,which form a strong binding layer and encapsulate cellulose.Pretreatment of lignocellulose is a critical step in the preparation of bioethanol.To break the entrapment of hemicellulose and lignin to cellulose and increase contact between cellulose and enzymes,which is important to pretreat lignocellulose.To evaluate the effect of oxidants on the photocatalysis pretreatment of lignocellulose,the pretreatment of photocatalysis system in the presence of oxidants.And the effects of TiO2 concentration,solution of pH and photocatalysis time were investigated.The pretreatment process was optimized.The optional conditions were:the photocatalysis time was 3 h,the concentration of titanium dioxide was 1.00%(W/V),and solution of pH value was 8.The released reducing sugar of photocatalysis pretreatment of rice straw was higher than untreated rice straw.The effects of adding different oxidants on enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulose in the photocatalytic system were further investigated.The results indicated that the addition of oxidants KIO4 and K2S2O8 in the TiO2/UV system had a limited effect on enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw.To evaluate the effect of different oxidants-assisted with photocatalytic pretreatment on enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw.The results indicated that the released reducing sugar of TiO2/UV/O3 and TiO2/UV/H2O2 pretreatment on enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw was higher than others.The released reducing sugar of rice straw of TiO2/UV/O3 and TiO2/UV/H2O2 pretreatment was 8.91 mg/mL and 8.88mg/m L respectively.The effect of TiO2/UV/O3 and TiO2/UV/H2O2 pretreatment structural changes of rice straw was analyzed by multi-functional field-emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),polycrystalline X-ray diffraction(PXRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).This work confirmed that TiO2/UV/O3 and TiO2/UV/H2O2 pretreatment is a feasible and effective pretreatment. |
