Based on the actual mine project,we put forward a shallow hole mining method based on the fact that the stability of the ore and rock in the iron ore area is poor and the middle and thick ore bodies are inclined to many problems.At the same time,based on the actual production situation in the mining area,the specific countermeasures are put forward for the various problems existing in the mining area.The iron ore mining method studied in this paper is based on the actual geological characteristics,ore storage environment and existing technology level of the iron ore storage area,and explores a safe and efficient dual mining way to achieve the requirements of the current iron ore mining.This paper discusses the geological conditions,the Northeast Shuangyashan iron ore mining area,ore reserves status,hydrological and geological environment and the existing technology,in-depth on-site implementation of the rock mass,rock point load strength are tested,and the granules flow parameters such as content of the concrete determination,pave the way for the stability level of comprehensive division of rock mass the.Based on previous investigation and test,this paper discussed the technology of induced fall and random medium ore drawing in the mining area,and analyzed the suitability of different mining methods.For the thicker orebody part,we can choose the down hole drilling machine to segment excavation on the basis of the original shallow hole shrinkage method,so that the upper part of the ore body can fall naturally and achieve the purpose of collection.In the middle and thick partial iron ore area in this mining area,the mining of iron ore can be completed by the method of low poor loss and sublevel caving without bottom pillar.The iron ore mining thickness smaller area,can choose the stope caving and shallow hole bolting etc.finished after mining,according to the specific situation to determine the stability of surrounding rock.In order to ensure the smooth mining of the ore body,the project combines the specific situation of the mine site,and points out the method of mining with the bolt shotcrete support in the roadway.It is hoped that the research on the actual mining method of the iron ore area can provide reference for similar engineering iron mining.
