In this paper,the wastewater containing heavy metal cadmium pollution leaching from waste rock yards of non-ferrous metal mining enterprises was studied,fouce on the characteristics of leaching water in the target waste rock rock,on the basis of the analysis of all kinds of wastewater treatment technology in China and the inspection of the treatment process of heavy metal wastewater in the same industry,the practical application of lime neutralization precipitation method in pollution control project of he wastewater containing heavy metal cadmium leaching from waste rock yards was investigated and studied.Research results show that:?1?Compared to other wastewater treatment technologies containing cadmium,the neutralization precipitation method has excellent applicability on the treatment project of wastewater containing heavy metal cadmium pollution leaching from waste rock yards.In the selection of neutralizing agent,lime has better performance than sodium hydroxide.?2?On the basis of traditional processing techniques,combine the actual situation of subject research object,selective combination of processes can improve the effluent treatment effect.In this paper,the technological combined of lime neutralization+flocculation+sodium sulphide was determined for the final technological route of the project.Through engineering design and implementation,the test results show that all monitoring indicators meet the original design requirements,the removal efficiency of Cd2+reaches more than 98.8%,sludge residue belongs to the first?class general industrial solid waste,and proved that this process can effectively solve the problem of the wastewater containing heavy metal cadmium pollution leaching from waste rock yards.?3?Through the experimental study on the pH value of the system characterization index,the optimal operation condition of the treatment of the wastewater containing heavy metal cadmium pollution leaching from waste rock yards by lime neutralization precipitation method was to control the reaction pH value for 88.5.Under this condition,lime consumption and operation cost are the lowest while satisfying the wastewater treatment effect.?4?The liquid supernatant of heavy metal leaching water treatment by lime neutralization precipitation method has no significant effect on the technical indicators and product quality,and has good economic and environmental benefits.?5?Through the above research,a technically feasible and economically reasonable solution was explored for the treatment of the wastewater containing heavy metal cadmium pollution leaching from waste rock yards of similar non-ferrous metal mines in China.
