With the rapid development of building energy saving work,all kinds of construction materials with good performance and convenient construction have appeared recently.As an important part of the enclosure structure,the renewal of whose material is the key development direction to the energy saving work of the building.Sintered porous brick are widely used in the village buildings in cold areas as the traditional clay brick substitutes.In the existing research concerning fired porous brick,it mainly focuses on the research of its thermal and mechanical properties respectively,but lacks the combination of both of them.In this paper,the widely used shale perforated brick in rural buildings in cold region is selected as the research object.Firstly,the influence of void ratio,length-width ratio,number of holes,number of rows and offset of holes on the equivalent thermal conductivity of fired perforated bricks is studied by FLUENT software.Secondly,the relationship between the above factors and the compressive strength of the block is studied by ANSYS software,and the relationship between these factors and the equivalent thermal conductivity of fired porous bricks is studied.Both of the FLUENT software and the ANSYS software are checked with actual projects and research values.Secondly,analysis was summarized based on the principle of optimization of hole sintered porous brick,combined with "GB13544-2011 sintered porous brick and porous block" to pass regulations,designing considering six kinds of cavities in thermal mechanical optimization scheme of sintered porous brick,the mechanical and thermal properties simulation,through analysis of parameters comparison study on the optimal scheme for the late wall six scheme was selected.The research method provides a good reference for the optimization design of the pass.Finally,taking the commonly used self insulation system in cold area as an example,porous are chosen as wall material to establish thermal heat transfer simulation of wall model under the condition of internal,external insulation and self insulation,and the temperature field distribution and heat flux density distribution are simulated.At the same time,there is another heat transfer simulation of the thermal bridge in the wall,whose average heat transfer coefficient was calculated.According to the heat transfer and wall thermal numerical simulation results,extracting surface of the inside surface condensation and internal condensation in the calculation of the wall.Based on the results of simulation and comprehensive analysis,a system of energy saving and economical application in cold area is given to provide reference for building thermal engineers.
