During these years,with a rapid development of social economy and urbanization in china,highly generated urban population results in an increase in new builds and rebuilds.During the construction processes,lots of construction waste(waste concrete,waste brick,etc.)have been producing.The commom way of dealing with such construction waste is to bury or open stack,which results in the land occupation and environmental pollution.At the same time,with an increase of building material consumption,it is unwise to overexploit natural materials.Therefore,construction waste recycle is critical to achieve the goals of ecological protection and sustainable development.This paper focuses on the problem of concrete waste recycle during the construction process and industrial residue.The performance study of recycled aggregate concrete and cast-in-place concrete wall proposes a new material made with waste concrete.In this case,the recycled composite concrete consists of recycled aggregates(waste concrete and industrial waste slag),cement,ceramsite,admixtures and water by mixing them together with a certain proportion.This study contains:At the first,based the experimental method,different water-cement ratios and sand ratios can be selected for making different proportioned composite concrete.The performance of different proportions is evaluated by measuring their compressive strength,slump,moisture content,and softening coefficient.The optimal composite concrete material accounts for the best evaluation performance.Besides,the wall pouring process of the composite concrete can indicate the critical construction technology and methods.Next,to obtain the performance parameters,multiple experiments will be conducted for testing the regenerated wall's mechanical properties,sound insulation performance,combustion performance,and radioactivity.Finally,by combining with similar engineering examples,the cost analysis on technical economy and social benefits of the recycled composite concrete wall will be conducted in Glodon software.As a conclusion,this study is meaningful in optimizing the recycle of construction waste,solving the problem of open stack,protecting the environment,and saving natural resources.The research results about recycled aggregate and cast-in-site concrete walls can support sustainable construction and other types of construction waste recycle in the future.
