By the economy growing in our motherland, our country’s high-rise buildings appear constantly. In order to meet more and more strict requirements of bearing capacity and high durability in our high-rise buildings, and also not too much to reduce the interior space in the building.Steel plate-concrete composite shear walls as the excellent performance of resistance to lateral force and low space occupancy rate component are more widely used than before. However,a large number of actual engineering shows that the steel plate-concrete shear walls have a serious crack problem coMPared with the conventional shear walls in the traditional sense.Widely crack has serious iMPact on the construction of waterproof,anti-corrosion and other functions, and that also can reduce the overall load of the structure, the deterioration of the high and super high buildings’ durability. Now,the analysis of crack resistance of steel plate-concrete shear walls are still based in the research achievements of ordinary reinforced concrete crack. In fact, the effect is not very good.Due to the steel plate-concrete composite shear walls, the coupling constraint are formed by steel plate, stud, and reinforced.and some scholars have done high strength concrete shrinkage performance research in steel plate, stud, and reinforced, including for the stud constraint, some scholars put forward the theory of “indirect constraints”.However, the “indirect constraints” with little related research, the stud and concrete bonding whether as a “whole band”,that need to study the bonding strength between the stud and concrete relationship, that is for this article provides a research direction. In this paper,a study on the bonding strength of stud-concrete is carried out by means of self-design.The main results are as follows:(1)According to the theory of interface transition zone,we put forward to the theory that the stud and concrete also can produce the correspongding interface transition zone and forms a lateral for concrete, the stud of the medial, callde the stud-concrete cylinder model.(2)According to the proposed concrete cylinder model, the theoretical derivation is carried out by using the theory of material mechanics and elastic thin shell theory, and the limit value and limit shrinkage value of the cylinder strength of thin wall concrete are introduced.(3)According to the proposed concrete cylinder model. In this paper, the corresponding expression of concrete shrinkage-unglued concrete is deduced.(4)Mainly according to the tensile test, bending test data,it is concluded that the bonding strength of C30,C60 and different stud diameter(13 mm and 22 mm)with age.In this paper,a debonding test is designed for the problem of whether there is debonding between bolt and concrete. The main results are as follows:By using 6 sets of self-designed debonding tests,it is concluded that there are different degrees of debonding at the four ages(3d,7d,14 d and 28d)of C60 concrete.(5)Through this article research, preliminary judgment, the stud-concrere normal strength concrete(1MPa ~ 2MPa),and also determine the early stud-concrete does exist a certain debonding phenomenon, that supports the "indirect restriction zone" theory, and has certain reference value in future.
