| With the formulation and implementation of the "China Made 2025" national strategy,the requirements for CNC machine tools have been further enhanced.And reliability is one of the important evaluation indicators for CNC machine tools development level.In recent years,although the reliability of domestic CNC machine tools has been improved under the overcoming of technical problems,it is still far inferior to the international advanced level.And the lower reliability level is still one of the important reasons for limiting the development of domestic CNC machine tools.Therefore,it is necessary to study the reliability of CNC machine tools,and an effective method to improve reliability is to analyze and reuse historic failure information of CNC machine tools.In this work,our project team investigated six domestic companies and found that most machine tools manufacturers are currently using paper records or EXCEL to simply record machine failure information,which can’t provide effective data support for fault maintenance and reliability improvement of CNC machine tools.Therefore,it is very important to establish an information analysis and management platform for CNC machine tools that has the function of fault data collection,fault repair and reliability analysis.This paper is combined with the major national science and technology project,"Research and application of reliability technology for the manufacturing process of CNC machine tools",and mainly studies the reliability and maintenance strategy of precision gear processing machine.After the reliability analysis and evaluation of machine tools,the functional framework and database of the platform which is based on Android is established by using the computer software technology.The main research contents of this article are as follows:First of all,we investigated the fault information of a series of precision gear machining machines and standardized them.Then we use reliability technology to evaluate and analyze the reliability of precision gear processing machine,and the results indicate the reliability level of the product,the location and causes of the failure of the machine tools.In addition,AHP is used to establish a system model that evaluates the work ability of maintenance personnel.Second,according to the needs of different users,we build a functional structure,afunctional framework diagram and some major business process diagram,which laid the foundation for the design of the platform’s database,after the feasibility analysis of the platform.Third,from two aspects of data stream and data dictionary,this work detailed analyzes the requirements of database for each module of the platform.And Power Designer is used to build the overall E-R diagram and logic model of the database.In addition,we use the logical model to generate the SQL statement and use it to create the platform’s database on the MySQL workbench.Finally,the platform client interface(APP)is designed in detail,showing the entry,query and statistics interface of CNC fault information. |
