In this paper,in the field of automatic toothbrush production,the problems of increasing the noise and vibration of the machine and increasing changes in the position of the bristle of the toothbrush handle during the spindle speed of the toothbrush-hair planting machine is raised,as well as the low automation level of the toothbrush plant,and the current situation that the production efficiency is low and difficult to meet the market demand,discusses the design and development of a high efficiency toothbrush feeding and hair planting machine,which solves the contradiction between the low automation level of the toothbrush production equipment,the bad working environment and the increasing demand for the toothbrush.The paper first analyzes the system composition and process principle of the hairy machine.It is determined that the large noise and vibration of the equipment and the reduction of the qualified rate of the finished toothbrush after the spindle speed lifting are caused by the unreasonable design of the cam hair feeding mechanism and the clamping table,and the innovative design for the upper mechanism is carried out.For the hair feeding mechanism,the disc cam mechanism with roller follower is selected to achieve its motion requirements,and the motion of the cam follower is optimized.Finally,the design and simulation analysis of the cam mechanism are completed.In view of the design of the clamping table,the whole design scheme of the worktable is determined first,and the main components of the worktable,the ball guide rail,the ball screw pair,the servo motor and the coupling,are calculated and selected.Then,based on the idea of modular and hierarchical design,this paper develops an automatic feeding system for the stable conveying of the toothbrush handle.First,it designs the actuator of the feeding device,and expounds the coordination and working mechanism of each mechanism in detail.After that,the control system of the feeding device is designed.The hardware design includes the PLC controller,the touch screen,the servo control system,and the connection design of the related equipment.The software design part mainly completes the picture realization of the man-machine interface touch screen and the drawing of the ladder diagram of each action process of the feeding system.Finally,the vibration test of the manipulator for crossbeam of the toothbrush feeding and hair raising machine is carried out,and the overall performance of the integrated equipment is evaluated.The toothbrush feeding and hair planting machine studied in this paper can carry out the precise conveying of the toothbrush handle and the precise hair planting,and realize the real automatic and intelligent production process of the toothbrush.The designed feeding and hair planting equipment effectively improves the precision of the hair brush,improves the production efficiency,saves the production cost of the enterprise,and has a certain theoretical research value and practical significance.
