The Construction Of The Legal System Of Compulsory Insurance Of Environmental Responsibility In China

Compulsory environmental liability insurance system is one of the systems to solve the compensation for environmental pollution damage.This system can protect the interests of victims from environmental pollution,balance the operational risks of enterprises and reduce social conflicts appropriately.At present,China does not have a legal system of compulsory insurance for the environment,and all experts in this system also have their own views.Therefore,the research on the legal system of compulsory insurance in the environment is of great significance.The academic circles are more inclined to study the environmental insurance system and study the system of compulsory liability insurance separately.This paper mainly studies the construction of the legal system of environmental compulsory insurance,puts forward the concrete construction plan and the feasibility and necessity of this system,Environment and insurance-related legal system put forward their own ideas and programs,mainly using the method of environmental jurisprudence of this system in its infancy in-depth analysis and specific research,combined with the compulsory liability insurance system of foreign environment,analysis of China's specific environmental status And the status quo of China's environmental insurance system,and promote the establishment and development of environmental insurance system in our country.We hope this article can attract relevant scholars to discuss this academic issue.This article is divided into four parts: the concept,necessity and feasibility of legal system of environmental compulsory liability insurance,the legislation and practice in foreign countries,and the construction of legal system of environmental compulsory insurance in China.The last part is the construction of legal system of compulsory insurance of environment in our country.The main purpose of this paper is to hope that the environmental insurance system can be established in our country and develop gradually.This corresponds to the environmental law and environmental policy of our country,meets the actual requirements,is conducive to the improvement of our environmental legal system,and I hope China environmental legal system research into their own modest.
