In this paper,Hongfeng Reservoir,Baihua Reservoir and Huaxi Reservoir were taken as objects to investigate the temporal and spatial characteristics of microcystin in the Plateau Reservoir of Guizhou Province and the regulation techniques of microcystin.The monitoring results of microcystin showed that the MC-LR values at the SCH and YD in September 2016 in Hongfeng Reservoir reached 1.72?g·L-1 and 2.08?g·L-1,respectively.In the dams and under the dams of Baihua Reservoir's terminal on October 2016 and November,they reached 1.57?g·L-1,1.10?g·L-1,and 1.10?g·L-1,respectively,which exceeded the MC-LR limit standard of 1.00?g·L-1 for the GB5749-2001.The test results of Baihua Reservoir indicated that the MC-LR concentrated outbreak area was mainly from September to November 2016,which was delayed by one month compared to Hongfeng Reservoir.According to the temporal and spatial distribution of Hongfeng Reservoir and Baihua Reservoir,the MC-RR and MC-LR produced by cyanobacteria may not be synergistic and belong to different metabolic systems,and the MC-LR in the cyanobacteria is likely to die in cyanobacteria.Only after releasing from the cyanobacterial cells to the water environment.According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency?US EPA?recommendation non-carcinogenic risk is usually used risk index,the annual health risk value of individuals due to the risk factors of MC-RR and MC-LR at 10 monitoring sites in Hongfeng Reservoir and Baihua Reservoir has been partially exceeded.The over-standard rate of MC-RR in Hongfeng Reservoir was 29.76%,and the over-standard rate of MC-LR of Microcystin was 8.33%.The over-standard rate of MC-RR in Baihua Reservoir was 25.00%,and the over-standard rate of MC-LR was 7.14%.By adopting different N/P ratio medium to five kinds of medium for the Pseudanabaena sp.,the Aphanizomenon flos-aquae,the Microcystis flos-aquae,the Microcystis aeruginosa,and the Anabaena cylindrica five cyanobacteria indoor blue-green algae regulation research.The results showed that the effects of N/P on the growth activities of the five toxin-producing cyanobacteria were not significant,but they had a great influence on the toxin production process.In addition,an indoor simulated algae control experiment was conducted.The algae control experiment showed that only the algae toxins of the microcystin blooms were detected before the algaecides were killed.After the algae-killing,the detection rates of the algaetoxins in the five cyanobacterial algal blooms increased.For Pseudanabaena sp.,Microcystis aeruginosa,and Anabaena cylindrica,BenzyldodecyldimethylammoniumBromide has the best control effect.Hydrogen peroxide has the best control effect on Microcystis aeruginosa,and glutaraldehyde is the best choice for Aphanizomenon flos-aquae.Toxicological experiments showed that the safe concentration of hydrogen peroxide was 9.07ppm,and the safe concentration of chlorine dioxide was 83.72ppm,which can be used with confidence.According to the above experimental results,hydrogen peroxide was selected as the algae control agent to control the water bloom of the waterflies in the Huaxi Reservoir,and good results were obtained.
