The fan blade is easily affected by wind direction change and blade vibration during the operation process,which easily causes the blade surface to produce small cracks.With the periodic impact force,it causes the crack propagation problem of the blade.The blade of the fan is made of composite materials.The crack propagation problem on the surface of the skin is complicated,and the crack can not be analyzed by the experimental method.Therefore,the damage of the blade skin is approximated by the analysis of the crack damage problem of the composite laminates.The interlayer damage is analyzed by experiments and finite element analysis,and the following research results are obtained.(1)In this paper,the impact test of composite laminates of fan blades is carried out according to the previous academic research,and the fixture is designed according to the experimental requirements.First,different crack lengths are prefabricated on the surface of the test machine,and then two different energy impact tests are carried out to analyze the damage and damage of laminate under different conditions of different energy and crack.The stress and displacement of the laminate under different cracks are analyzed,and the impact of different cracks on the laminate is obtained.(2)The Abaqus software is used to model the laminate,and two kinds of energy impact simulation is carried out on the laminate,and the loss is analyzed.The matrix fracture and delamination damage are the main forms of laminate damage.Laminates absorb the impact energy through these two forms of damage.And with the increase of impact energy,the damage is aggravated.The farther away the distance is,the smaller the damage area.(3)The impact damage of the inner region of the laminate is studied under different energy,and the numerical simulation method is used to carry out the low velocity impact on the edge surface of the laminate.The rationality of the finite element model is verified by analyzing and comparing the data obtained from experiment and simulation.
