In this paper,the research on the stability of surrounding rock in the mining process of working face is carried out based on the research methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and pressure observation.The lithology and filling body strength of the roadway roof and floor were analyzed through site investigation and laboratory tests;the deformation law of surrounding rock of the roadway surrounded by culverts at the fully mechanized top-coal caving face was analyzed through on-site pressure observation,and the leading bearing pressure and lateral support of the working face were obtained.The scope of pressure influence;theoretical analysis is used to study the motion law of the overlying strata along the roadway in the fully mechanized caving face,and the breakage characteristics of the key blocks in the basic roof are analyzed.The basic top lateral cantilever mechanics model is established,and the lateral cantilever length is combined with the field measurement data;calculate the width of coal pillar by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,and obtain a reasonable width of coal pillar;establish the mechanical model of the interaction between the top slab and the roadside backfill body along the empty lane;carry out the support resistance of the backfill at the side of the road in different stages.Calculations,combined with laboratory experiments and numerical simulations to determine the appropriate laneside fill width.Combining field observations,laboratory tests,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results,the control measures for the surrounding rock of the E1303 fully mechanized top-coal caving face are proposed,and the reinforced support design for the different lanes of gob-side entry is proposed and applied to engineering practice.The analysis of the surface displacement of the roadway during mining shows that the designed support scheme effectively controls the roadway deformation.
