Superhydrophobic and superoleophobic materials have antibacterial,self-cleaning,waterproof performance and anti oil due to its special wetting characteristics.Those kind of materials were widely used anti-pollution of mental surface,oil transport industry and so on.According to the biological surface effect,the coating with lotus leaf effect was prepared by chemical deposition and surface modification.In this paper,tungsten oxide coating was prepared by sodium tungstate and tungsten powder respectively.And the methods of improving the stability of superhydrophobic and superoleophobic materials was studied.This method successfully grafted onto the surface of tungsten oxide coating and successfully improved the stability of surface.The tungsten oxide coating with micro-nanometer and porous composite structure was successfully prepared by using sodium dihydrate as tungsten source.The coatings were modified by FAS-17 which achieved superhydrophobic and superoleophobic ability.The Contact Angle(CA)of water,glycerin,rapeseed oil,engine oil were all more than 150 °,Sliding Angles(SA)are all less than 10 °.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)appeared that the deposition time only influence the size of the arch structures,but have little influence on the single nanoparticles size.We can successfully obtain the different colors of tungsten oxide coating by changing the processing temperature.At the same time,this coating has low adhesion to the droplets with different viscosity and surface tension,so which has good anti-oil performance.Through glycerol,rapeseed oil and engine oil test,this coating has a good anti-oil pollution capability.At the same time,this kind of coating overcomes the poor stability of superhydrophobic surface.In addition,tungsten oxide coating deposited by tungsten powder could obtain excellent photosensitive and discoloration properties.In the experiment,we found that we can change the color of tungsten oxide coating rapidly by adjusting UV light.In order to further study the wettability of different droplet,we successfully explains the different droplet bounce characteristic on the superhydrophobic and superoleophobic surface through the theoretical calculation method,found that the viscosity of liquid droplets have greater the impact on droplet bounce ability than the surface tension.The method of improving the stability of superhydrophobic,superoleophobic materials was studied.The surface stability of copper oxide coating was improved by Ti O2 sol-gel,and this method was successfully grafted into the tungsten oxide coating,which greatly improved the overall performance of the tungsten oxide coating.To sum up,this paper successfully prepared the metal coating of superhydrophobic and superoleophobic by chemical deposition method,and studied the wetting characteristics of different droplets in superhydrophobic and superoleophobic surface.A method for improving the surface stability of superhydrophobic and superoleophobic materials is developed through experiments.
