In view of the poor effect of super front support in deep mine face,the coupling mechanism between preface and anchored surrounding rock of fully mechanized face is studied.In this paper,the distribution characteristics of deep supporting stress are analyzed by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement,on the basis of the engineering geological conditions of the Tang Kou mine and the stability of the super front roof under the influence of supporting pressure is studied.A mechanical model for the calculation of the strength and deformation of the super front support is set up,and the method for calculating the strength of the upper front support and the shrinkage of the prop of the working face is put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for determining the parameters of the upper front support.The main results are as follows:(1)The distribution characteristics of abutment stress in deep stope are studied.The stress intensity and influence range of different working face length,different height and different buried depth are analyzed,and the initial pressure step distance,periodic pressure step distance,stress concentration coefficient and stress peak point under different conditions are obtained.The distribution characteristics of the upper front abutment pressure of the working face during the weighting period and the non pressure period are compared and analyzed.(2)The roof stability analysis model of the working face is established,and the bending moment and deflection produced by the roof under the action of supporting pressure are obtained.The criterion expression of the failure of the surrounding rock in the overfront section of the working face is put forward,and the stability of the roof during the pressure period and the non pressure period is analyzed.(3)Study on the strength of the coupling mechanism of advance support between the surrounding rock anchorage.A mechanical model for the calculation of the strength of the front support is established.The expression of the strength calculation of the pre support during the period of pressure and the non pressure period is obtained.The difference between the strength calculation of the single support and the pre support group is compared and analyzed,and the calculation method of the strength based on the strength coupling is mastered.(4)Study on the coupled deformation mechanism of advanced support-rock anchorage.A mechanical model for calculating the deformation of the front support is set up,and the deformation of the upper front plate of the working face during the pressure period and the non pressure period is compared and analyzed,and the calculation method for the shrinkage of the front support based on the deformation coupling is mastered.(5)Industrial test of Tang Kou mine shows that based on the coupling mechanism of the preface support and anchored surrounding rock in fully mechanized coal mining face,the parameters and methods of the advanced support can be determined and effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock.
