This paper mainly studies the formation mechanism of the Liguo Zhenbei mining subsidence area, and based on the main inducements and other causes of the collapse mechanism to evaluate the risk, and design the comprehensive management scheme by different risk grade regions. On the basis of field investigation and data collection, summarizing the domestic and foreign research status of goaf collapse mechanism and governance, according to the actual situation of underground and surface, combined with geophysical exploration, qualitative analysis of the collapse mechanism is discussed. The results of ANSYS,FLAC3 D and UDEC are used to calculate the stress and plastic zone diagram of the goaf,so as to reduce the collapse process and collapse parts, and to confirm the collapse mechanism. In order to verify the correctness and accuracy of qualitative analysis and numerical simulation, drilling are used to verify the collapse mechanism in the field. At the same time, the main inducing factors of the collapse are discussed.By theoretical analysis, formula comparison, geophysical exploration and numerical simulation, the main inducing factor is the existing of fault. On the basis of the main causes of the collapse mechanism, and considering the other factors that affect the stability of the goaf, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the stability of the goaf in the mining area, and the risk areas of different grades are divided, and direct the comprehensive treatment.According to the division of risk area, different control schemes are designed for different risk grade areas, including fault treatment and goaf collapse treatment, and the results of treatment are detected.
