Carbon tetrachloride is a volatile organic compound, and its harm to the human body is mainly carcinogenic, teratogenic, and mutagenic. The water-soluble physical properties make it able to exist in groundwater for a long time, affecting human production, life, and health. For the pollution of carbon tetrachloride in karst groundwater, this article mainly studied how to use spray aeration blow-off technology to quickly remove it.In this paper, the effects of carbon tetrachloride removal under three conditions of aeration blow-off,spray and spray aeration blow-off were studied.Among them, aeration blow-off was divided into static single-factor test and dynamic partition test. Finally, the mathematical model of static aeration blow-off was constructed and modified. The mathematical model of dynamic aeration blow-off was constructed by using response surface methodology. The optimal parameters of spray combination were explored, and the feasibility of spray aeration combined test was verified. The application of the technology provides reference. The main results of the research are as follows:?1?The contact area between the bubble and the water body is sufficient, and the removal effect of the low water level is better. The removal rate of carbon tetrachloride is negatively correlated with the height of the water level;it is positively correlated with the initial concentration,ie,the initial concentration of carbon tetrachloride is high,The removal effect is better;there is a positive correlation with the aeration volume,a certain volume, and the gas-water ratio increases, and the removal effect increases.?2?A static aeration blowing mathematical model was established:C0C?28?exp?-Gq?.q is the ratio of gas to water, and the coefficient of detachment G is related to the Henry's constant H.?3?A dynamic aeration blow-off model was constructed using response surface methodology. The aeration rate, temperature, and sampling time were selected as the impact factors, and the carbon tetrachloride removal rate was the response value. The quadratic equation model of the response surface is extremely significant, and the missing quasi-terms are significant, indicating that the model is accurate and reliable. The polynomial regression equation is:Y=33.87870-19.95525A+3.53593B+4.15238C+0.65167AB+0.10600AC-0.020333BC+0.25833A2-0.11296B2-0.091267C2According to the quadratic regression equation, the best conditions for the removalof carbon tetrachloride by aeration blowing are:aeration volume 6m3/h,temperature 30.4?,and sampling time 20 min.?4?The higher the spray distance and the lower the spray strength, the better the removal effect of carbon tetrachloride. In this test, the optimal spray parameters were spray height 30 cm and spray strength 1 m3/h.(5 The spray, drop and aeration blowing in the device all play a significant role in the removal of carbon tetrachloride from the water;the change of the concentration of the sampling port conforms to the law of the flow route,ie the flow route Increased contact time between water and air bubbles increases, and the removal effect is better. In the case where the initial concentration is substantially equivalent?error=1.20?g/L?,the removal rate of the aeration blow-off test is 92.37%,and the spray aeration blow-off combination removal efficiency of the test is 95.89%.
