Using the complexation between aniline and silver ions to surround the silver ions in the middle of the aniline monomer.Then adding antioxidant to synthesis polyaniline and silver nanoparticles.For exploring the optimal preparation methodof Ag/PANI composites,we studied the the influence of the solvent,oxidant,reductant,reaction time,temperature and R value on Ag/PANI composites.Scanning electron microscopy?sem?and transmission electron microscopy?tem?,X-ray diffraction analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyzer test was used for analysis of composite materials.Preparation of Ag/PANI composites in solvent-free system with ammonium persulfate as the oxidant was proved the best method.Which could greatly improve the utilization rate of silver.SEM,TEM and XRD figure shows silver nanoparticles size in the Ag/PANI composites was about 10nm,and completely wrapped by polyaniline.Using different R values the quality of the antibacterial material for antimicrobial performance tests,the results show that the antibacterial properties of Ag/PANI composites for yeast was good.When the concentration was more than 3 mg/mL,the antibacterial rate of Ag/PANI-50 composites was 99.7%,and the antibacterial effect of Ag/PANI composites was enhanced with increased silver content.Through the analysis of the XPS and FTIR spectra to analyze the structure of antibacterial antibacterial agent and investigate the relationship between the structure and performance of antibacterial agent.FTIR and XPS spectrum showed Ag?+was formed by the electron delocalization of silver in the Ag/PANI composites,so the antibacterial properties was better than ordinary silver nanoparticles.On the other hand,Silver nanoparticles contributed to the content of N+structure in polyaniline.The interaction between silver nanoparticles and polyaniline contributed to forming Ag?+and N+structure,which is the main reason that silver/polyaniline composites showed for the excellent antibacterial properties.The kind of Ag/PANI composites is low toxicity and good stability,which has good application prospect in textile,medical and other fields as an antimicrobial agent.
