In the past ten years,with the improvement of living standards,household clothing has sprung up by leaps and bounds as a young industry in the clothing industry.According to statistics,the annual consumption of household clothing in China has exceeded 10 billion yuan,with an annual growth rate of more than 30%,which makes household clothing become the fastest growing variety in the clothing industry.There are also household clothing production industry clusters appeared in Guangdong and Shantou,At the same time,the Design Competition of Household Clothing also came into being.It has been held for six consecutive years,which not only provided a new idea for household clothing design,but also provided a reserve of talents for the household clothing industry.However,throughout the existing market,there are still many problems in the design of household clothing,such as instability in product quality,the lack of ideological and cultural in design,homogeneity and so on.Therefore,aiming at the present situation,the development trend and the innovative design of household clothing,a series of research and design practice have been carried out from the perspective of "the culture of family" in this dissertation.As the cornerstone of the stability of Chinese social structure,"the culture of family" is an organic combination of filial piety culture,kinship culture,national culture,personality culture and so on,with the aim of emphasizing harmony and symbiosis,pass on the social value of constructing harmonious socialist country in contemporary China.The dissertation includes four parts: introduction,the main text,practice and conclusion.The introduction includes the research background,the purpose and significance of the topic,innovation.The main text is divided into three chapters,including the current situation of household clothing design,the case study of modern household clothing design and the questionnaire survey with data analysis.In the second and the third chapter,the basic characteristics of household clothing design,the relationship between home clothing and "the culture of family" and the analysis of its value are studied respectively.From the perspective of "the culture of family",this dissertation analyzes the current situation of household clothing design.The fourth chapter figured out the demand for household clothing of consumers with the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis.The fifth chapter put forward the significance of "the culture of family" for modern household clothing design,applied the elements of "the culture of family" to the practice of household clothing design,and demonstrated the necessity of "the culture of family" to household clothing design.The sixth chapter made a conclusion,and put forward the design principles and ideas of household clothing design from the perspective of "the culture of family",which has certain practical guiding significance and reference value.
