The global warming caused by the emission of the large amount of CO2 is a threat of human survival.Carbon capture and storage?CCS?is thought to be the most potential method to alleviate this problem,and the solid adsorptions have many advantages among it.Meanwhile,the transportation,storage and utilization of CO2 has to be conducted under high pressure,so developing solid adsorbents with better comprehenisve properties and cheaper expense under high pressure is valuable for reference significance and engineering applications.At first,the adsorption performance of four solid adsorbents?13X,Silica,MCM-41,SBA-15?was researched in PCT,and the influence of structure property,temperature and pressure on the adsorption capacity was analyzed.The research shows that the adsorption of CO2 by adsorbents in high pressure is physical adsorption,and the adsorption capacity increases with the pressure getting higher.The adsorption includes two parts,and each one shows difffrent tendengcy.The experiment shows the ideal adsorbents should be chosen considering all the factors of adsorption quantity?the sensitivity for temperature?the pore distribution and diameter.Secondly,sorbents with four different physical parameters had been synthesized,and the relationship between the physical parameters and adsorption isotherm of high pressure was evaluated.And the CO2 adsorption before and after the SBA-15 is loaded with PEI was studied preliminarily.The result shows that the adsorption under high pressure is tightly related to the pore diameter and pore volume.What's more,for the same adsorbent,the adsorption amount of the sorbents after modified is higher than that of the one before under relatively low pressure.At the same time,the turning point appears,however,it reversed under higher pressure.The changes of temperature and pressure have less effect on the adsorption properties of SBA-15 loaded with PEI.As for the adsorbent regeneration,the SBA-15?c??impregnated with PEI?has better synthetic performance for CO2 capture,and it is most suitable to be used as the support material.At last,the adsorption of CO2 for SBA-15?c?,which is impregnated with six kind of mass fraction,is examined.The physical parameters are analyzed with the different PEI loading in the work.The relationship of adsorption capacity and temperature,as well as the loading,has also been studied at atmospheric and high pressure.The result shows that the maximum adsorbed quantity correspond to different temperature at 0.1MPa.However,the temperature is 30?when the amount of adsorption is the maximum.The relation of adsorption and the loading is find out as follows,when at 0.1MPa,the adsorbents with higher loading?SP40?SP50 and SP60?are related to higher adsorption at different temperature.But when at 5MPa,the ones with lower loading?SP0 and SP10?have a higher adsorption at different temperature.The typical adsorbents of SP30 and SP50,whose regeneration is great when at 50?and 70?.Accordingly,the SP30 is the most suitable adsorption for CO2adsorption of coal-fire power plants.
