| With the continuous development of new models of engines,turbines and guide vanes have been widely produced by directional and single crystal alloy.Cutting-edge research of smelting technology on DZ417 G alloy with simple alloying elements and good properties can effectively improve the company’s alloy smelting technology and enable the company to have the ability to produce such superalloy as soon as possible.This paper studies the smelting process of DZ417 G new material alloy.The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the three furnaces of DZ417 G alloy meet technical requirements,which were produced by the new process parameters.The total gas content of the alloy is around 25 ppm.The influence of element content and crystal speed on the properties of alloy was observed.The effect of crystal velocity on performance is that the long life expectancy is increased with the increase of pulling rate and then decreased.The DZ417 G specimen has a high durability and tensile strength at 5.9mm/min-6.5mm/min of crystal pulling rate.Along with the increase of the content of B,the high temperature plasticity of the alloy at 900 ℃ increased,the tensile strength is slightly reduced.The increase of V content can improve the tensile plasticity of the alloy at 900 ℃,but too much V can reduce the plasticity of the alloy.The duration and elongation of the alloy at760 ℃ /725 MPa increase when V content increased.When the V content is controlled at 0.8%,the long-term lifes of the alloy at the two temperatures are longest.With the increase of C content,the life span of the two conditions increased slightly,and the optimum C content was 0.18%-0.19%.Compared with standard heat treatment alloys,after 900 ℃ /1000 h long ageing treatment,instantaneous strength of the alloy at 900 ℃ does not decrease,and the creep life at 980 ℃ /216 MPa improves,and the creep life at 760 ℃ / 725 MPa has decreased.Alloy after 900 ℃ long ageing,the carbide size gets smaller,and the γ phase by gradually grew up.After 1000 h long aging treatment,the γ phase size was raised from 1 μ m to 1.7 μ m.The proportion of qualified products produced by the Self-produced alloy reached the proportion of the normal qualifide products.Through the above experimental results show that the formula of the chemical composition of the alloy can be produced to meet the production requirements of the turbine blade. |
