Research On Development Strategy Of Small Town In Cold Region Of Northeast China Based On Green Transformation

The fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee put forward the concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing",Towns and villages began green development.In recent years,the small towns in the cold region of northeast China have developed backward compared with the small towns in southern China.At the same time,the problems of shortage of resources and degradation of ecological environment are also revealed.Green transformation is urgently needed.Under the green transformation vision,propose the green transformation development strategy,to provide reference for the green development of small towns in the cold region of northeast China.The study is based on the green development of small towns.Firstly,this paper reviews the theoretical research and practical experience of green transformation,small town development strategy and small town green development in China and abroad.Analyzes the development characteristics and advantages and disadvantages,summarizes the influencing factors of green transformation and the establishment of the target framework,relevant content and key points of the development of small towns,and the characteristics of green development planning and practice in small towns,to provide theoretical support for the follow-up green transformation development strategy planning.Secondly,investigated the basic situation of the overall development of small towns in the cold region of northeast China,analyzed the green transformation,put forward the obstacles and contradictions of green development,the limitations and problems encountered in the green transition path,and the various factors that influence the green development.Finally,constructed the comprehensive target system and strategic framework of green transformation and development.From space,industry,ecology and society four aspects,put forward the development strategy of green transformation and established the green protection system to support the green development.The small towns in the cold regions of northeast China under the green transition vision are not only transformed from traditional economic growth mode to green growth mode,but also the transformation of ecological environment protection,resource utilization,urban space layout and social civilization construction.Taking technological innovation for driving force to realize the green transformation and development of small towns,to realize the green transformation and development of small towns,the sustainable development of natural,economic and social harmony.Followed the concept of green transformation,to construct a strategic framework for green development of small towns in the cold region of northeast China.Put forward the strategy of green transformation development strategy,in order to guarantee the green development of small towns in the cold region of northeast China,and contribute to the development and construction of the cold region in northeast China.
