With the rapid development of China's economy,the issue of energy and the environment has become prominent.The lack of energy will severely limit the pace of China's modernization,and the dramatic increase in environmental pollution will wake up the people.In particular,for China,energy is presented as a distribution of 'rich coal,less oil,and lack of gas'.The serious lack of oil and the inefficient use of oil have brought many problems.Among them,as an accompanying product of oil production-oil sludge as a hazardous waste,how to deal with it has always been a troublesome issue.Oil-containing sludge is a resource with great potential.The rational use of efficient sludge cleaning has gradually become a research target.Oily sludge pyrolysis technology has attracted much attention as a new type of technology.The emphasis on the harmless and resourceful treatment of oily sludge is of great significance to energy conservation and environmental protection.In view of this,considering the high-efficiency heat transfer characteristics of fluidized bed and the advantages of solid waste treatment,this paper mainly analyzes and analyzes the pyrolysis characteristics of oil-containing sludge in a fluidized bed.The main contents are divided into the following three aspects:First,the TG and DTG curves of pyrolysis of oily sludge under different heating rates were obtained by thermogravimetric experiments.The influence of pyrolysis process and temperature increase rate on the pyrolysis of oily sludge was discussed.Coats-Redfern,Flynn-Wall-Ozawa,and Kissinger were used to analyze the reaction kinetics of the pyrolysis process of oily sludge,and the kinetic parameters of pyrolysis reaction of oily sludge,namely activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A,were obtained.Comparing the three mechanistic functions,it was found that the activation energy and the pre-exponential factor obtained regardless of the function used have compensation effects.Secondly,pyrolysis tests were conducted on oily sludge under different conditions to investigate the influence of different influencing factors(pyrolysis temperature,pyrolysis atmosphere,additives)on the distribution of pyrolysis products and the conversion rate of organic matter in oil-containing sludge.Experiments show that the pyrolysis temperature and the addition of additives have a great influence on thepyrolysis of oily sludge.For pyrolysis oil,the conversion rate of pyrolysis oil rises first and then decreases with the increase of temperature,and the conversion rate reaches a maximum at 550?,which is 48.84%.With the presence of additives,the total pyrolysis conversion rate of oily sludge increases.The conversion rate of pyrolysis gas increased while the pyrolysis oil decreased to some extent.Finally,the effects of different pyrolysis temperatures on the properties of the pyrolysis products of oily sludge were investigated.The properties of pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis oil were analyzed using a portable infrared gas analyzer and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the time required for the components of the pyrolysis gas to reach a stable stage decreases,and the full pyrolysis volume fraction at high temperature shows CO2>H2>CH4>Cn Hm>CO;the low calorific value of pyrolysis gas It showed a trend of rising first and then falling,reaching a maximum at 550?.The composition of pyrolysis oil is very complex.It mainly consists of alkanes and olefins.It also contains oxygen-containing derivatives of some hydrocarbons and generates large amounts of aromatic hydrocarbons at high temperatures.
